We went for lunch today... it wasn't the first time... we had casoncelli with poured butter and tagliatelle with mushrooms and the portions, even though there were two of us, would have been good enough for four (a portion of 24 casoncelli which were also very good)... what can I say about the skewer... fabulous, it melted in your mouth and it was also plentiful (6 pieces each + polenta) even the dessert, in our case the tiramisu was very good....The right price and nothing to say about the service....well done!!!

A trattoria nestled in the hills of Gussago that offers traditional meat dishes such as grilled meat and spit. We took advantage of the fixed price skewer menu to taste this specialty. Although the quality/portion/price ratio was very good, the service was not up to par at all. There was no space between the tables, which provided no privacy or ease of movement. The bathrooms were few and outside, so it was necessary to queue in the cold and there was no possibility of changing the children given the cold and the absence of a changing table.

Very nice restaurant, in my opinion the food is a bit bland, I like it saltier. Very fast service, friendly and polite waiters.

Christmas lunch with an interesting menu, starters, three first courses, three second courses, side dishes, dessert, coffee, 60 euros each well spent. The food was good, fresh, cooked well. The skewer was also very tasty, properly salted. Everything booked, down to the last table. Fast service, staff attentive to customer needs. Congratulations to all the staff, applause to the chefs!

Very welcoming trattoria I went for a dinner with colleagues. Very good spit, it melted in your mouth. Very kind staff. The place has a closed veranda with awning and heated. Finding the restaurant is a bit difficult. For the rest, everything was excellent.

Antica Trattoria Al Circolo

02/01/2025: We had dinner here on New Year's Eve and really enjoyed it! The food was excellent and of good quality; the bill, considering the quality - price ratio was excellent, especially considering that it was New Year's Eve. The staff is friendly and helpful: finally a place where they offer you bitters (with herbs, very good) at the end of the evening and offer it to you, a gesture that few places do now. The only point: we would have preferred the dishes to arrive a little slower: we arrived at 8.30pm and at 10.30pm we had already finished. However, we understand that it was a question of organizing the service, given the occasion. The place is welcoming, the bathrooms are located outside. Overall, an experience we highly recommend!
25/12/2024: Decent traditional dishes. However, I would enrich the starter. Let's say to be a circle It should cost a little less. But the atmosphere is very beautiful and you can relive a Brescia that no longer exists.
