Excellent quality Brescian food, friendly and attentive service. I find it a shame that we weren't given a menu with the prices of the dishes (we didn't ask for one, and it was offered verbally). But we paid what we deserved and will gladly return.

Characteristic place of Gussago. Restaurant that offers various types of dishes of traditional Brescian cuisine. The main dish is the spit. I have eaten many in my life but the one last night will remain memorable. Truly exceptional. During the week it is not too crowded in summer and you can relax with a beautiful view while dining on the veranda.

I would have expected a little more, cotechino should be cooked a little more, usually it should not release blood, chicken not transcendental, ribs overcooked and maybe a little salt almost at the end of cooking helps with the flavor. Russian salad exceptional, appetizer average. Very kind staff, beautiful location, but improvable, the 70s-80s wood-like straw chairs are now unsightly, floor needs to be redone. To say that I would go back... certainly not immediately.

In this typical Brescian trattoria located on the Gussaghesi hills you will find a simple and unfussy family-run environment. Here time seems to have stopped, but it is their strong point because it perfectly reflects the tradition of the trattoria. On the menu you will find typical traditional dishes such as skewers, casoncelli, rabbit and grilled meat, all served quickly and abundantly. We have been frequenting it for years also for take-away and have always found it very good. The prices are absolutely honest. Reservations are recommended on weekends.

Found by chance....but we couldn't have made a better choice: you sit down and order within 2 minutes....fast service, abundant dishes and everything delicious from appetizer to dessert. Don't underestimate the bill: you spend little and eat a lot!!!

Posto senza infamia e senza lode, ho provato con mia moglie questa trattoria giusto per cambiare dai soliti posti, abbiamo ordinato un antipasto di affettati anche passabili dai, ma la grigliata per due era composta da 2 salamine, 6 pz di costine ma erano alla fine tre costine tagliate a metà 3 pezzi di pollo....ossa di pollo, la carne non era pervenuta..polenta dai non era malaccio.vino beh anche quello nulla di eccezionale, alla fine il conto é stato giusto per quello e come abbiamo mangiato. Mi spiace ma non tornerò più.

24/02/2025: Osteria da Cico ..via Riviere 3 ..Brione province of Brescia. This is an informal place but easy to reach... even if the road is a bit rough, and it arrives in this little village hidden among the hills, but once you arrive you realize that both internally and externally this is definitely a nice place, with a truly fantastic view between the valley and the green hills. With a warm and welcoming internal room and a beautiful covered terrace outside surrounded by nature. Among the dishes that can be tasted we find... the Brescia spit, the meat gates with butter, good grilled meat, platters of cold cuts, good homemade giardiniera, duck with orange, and roast duck, chips and radicchio, tiramisu, wild berry cake, ginseng, asparagus risotto, butter and sage crepes, fruit cakes , polenta, Sacher cake, skewer and potatoes, ceese cake, and many other traditional dishes. Here, after having had a very good dinner, I would say... you'll see a very honest bill arriving at the table... ranging from 20 to 30 euros per person, but for an evening in the countryside with friends, what more could you want... I recommend you come up here to try it.

Si spende poco senza tralasciare una scelta più che completa , qualità e rapidità . Un complimento speciale alle ragazze che sgambettano in sala per servire i clienti il più rapidamente possibile . Ampio parcheggio ( condivido con altre attività ) gratuito
