Much more than just a simple dinner and/or lunch... it's an experience!
Worth every penny... every dish is excellent quality, well thought out, well prepared, and divinely explained... top-notch service... definitely worth returning to.

A refined restaurant. It's a shame it doesn't live up to its promises. The welcome is polite and the service is like a fine restaurant, but that's about it. The very young staff is neither empathetic nor attentive, except for the sommelier: in the visible service area, a couple of bored people were on their cell phones and a couple of them were talking together a bit like at a bar. There was even a yawn. But let's talk about the food, which is what we look for, beyond the experience, when we go out for lunch. The menu is comprehensive and raises expectations. The dishes are well-composed and presented. We were offered good warm bread with a local oil, and that was a nice way to start. Next came the Cantabrian anchovies, nothing unusual, and the two fresh pasta entrees, beautiful but bland. One, Marsala shrimp and truffle, had neither aroma nor flavor, nor did the fettuccine with lemon scorpion fish and pepper chips; I could only smell the lemon and little else. The pastries don't seem to require any technique, they're simple and light. There were two of us, and we didn't want to go any further, moving straight to dessert. Again, there's no technique involved, and the ingredients are simple.

Discovered by chance.
It almost feels like a Milanese restaurant, with an elegant and relaxing atmosphere.
The food is spectacular, and we're not even talking about it.
Very attentive and meticulous service.
Keep up the good work!

The elegant setting, meticulously crafted, and the seaside atmosphere were well-executed.
Pros: The brioche with anchovies and the homemade bread with olive oil were excellent, truly wonderful. The welcome presentation was charming, even if it lacked flavor.
Unfortunately, the first courses were disappointing: tagliatelle with scorpion fish, lemon, and brusco, and fettuccine with shrimp and truffle. They were beautifully plated but lacked substance—the truffle was practically absent and the pasta stuck together. Even the tiramisu, while aesthetically pleasing, was just cream with a slightly unsoaked ladyfinger hidden at the bottom.
The staff were professional but a bit aloof. The wow factor was missing, or perhaps even more. A subdued day? I hope so. See you next time, perhaps to change my mind.
