A hidden gem of Rome. The pizza is truly amazing!! The flavor combinations are unique and delicious. They use two different types of blue cheeses sweet and savory on pizzas. Paolo, the owner, served us and he was so gracious, helpful, and friendly!! It was so good - we went TWICE during our 4 days in Rome! I also love the simple ordering style where you can get small sizes of multiple kinds so you can try them all! Our family of 6 is still talking about this being the best pizza of our lives 4 months later! The slow food craftmanship of this pizza was a delight!

It was an awful rainy day. We ended up in testaccio market because of Mordi E vai sandwich shop. But once there…it lost its appeal. Basically they put warm dishes in a Sandwich. And `already had similar via `trapezzini. So instead we looked elsewhere. Second choice was casa manco…and it didn’t disappoint. Let’s start with the best. Andrea. He was so friendly and helpful. With his suggestions and advice what to try as a first timer. He even gave as a free pesto pizza. I love the sausage on pizza t hat they serve. A lot of very interesting combinations. The dough is there claim to fame. But I prefer that of Bonci. Was lighter and fluffier. But the toppings at `casa manco was great. Also pricewise it was way way better than `bonci. The environment was wet and cold and really distracted from my enjoyment. But in all this was my fave pizza I ate on this trip. Highly recommended.

My husband and I are visiting from New Zealand and this was the BEST food we came across within our 4 days in Rome! Don’t think twice about visiting 🤍
