The best pizza we've ever had while being here in Rome. This is a MUST try!!! Casa Manco is located in a little area that also has many different vendors. You will find fresh fruits and veggies, coffee and beer, clothing, shoes and many other food options from paninis and other Italian specialty foods! Definitely a local favorite. Incredible pizza!! Envié un correo electrónico con Paola, una de las propietarias muy amables, para comprobar si estaban abiertos el día de Todos los Santos (que no lo estaban) , así que reordenamos nuestro horario para ir allí son el lunes siguiente y nos alegramos de haberlo hecho. Ubicada en Mercato di Testaccio (Caja # 22 ) , la pizza de Casa Manco tiene una corteza maravillosa y ofrecen muchos toppings y combinaciones de toppings. Algo para todos los gustos. Tenían al menos media docena de variedades disponibles cuando estuvimos allí y más a punto de salir del horno. Indicas lo grande que te gustaría (de sus pizzas rectangulares) y se vende por peso. Por lo tanto, puede tener piezas pequeñas de muchas variedades. Teníamos la Margherita y estaba delicioso! ¡Muy razonable y muy recomendable!

Esta fue la mejor pizza que tuvimos mientras estábamos fuera. Ojalá no hubiéramos comido allí el sábado porque significaba que no podíamos volver el domingo y conseguir más. Teníamos tres tipos diferentes para compartir y mi favorito era la burrata trufada con miel. Era la pizza de mis sueños y volvería a Roma específicamente para comprar esa pizza.
