The food and hospitality of this location was absolutely first rate. The food was delicious, authentic, and inspiring. If you want genuine homemade Sicilian cuisine, this is absolutely the place to experience it.

We only went there for a spontaneous dinner and were so greatly welcomed by the host family. Everything that we've ordered (plus some things on top that they brought us!) was so fresh & delicious!

A welcoming and well-organized country residence located in the Madonie. The road to reach it is a bit challenging but the view rewards the expectations. Spend at least a couple of days in this quiet location, letting yourself be pampered by the amazing cuisine and the friendliness of Aldo.
