Sunday at Casale Pontrelli is synonymous with authenticity, hospitality and the search for harmonious flavors deeply rooted in the Apulian gastronomic culture. The dedication to caring for the vegetable garden and zero kilometer products culminates in the culinary balance calibrated by Chef Angela D'Errico, who blends an avant-garde vision with traditional tastes. The double-cooked bowler hat, kimchi, yogurt and pumpkin seeds is a perfect example. The smells and atmospheres of the rural landscape of the farmhouse are found in the grilled conchiglione, sheep's ricotta and fir oil. An experience to be repeated, just a few minutes from the city, invigorating for the spirit and the palate.

We went for lunch on a day of Party, and I'll tell you, really pleasant both in terms of location and food, with top quality ingredients at average prices. We had a really good time, I will return.

Perfect location for small events, splendid decorations linked to the Apulian tradition. Excellent fried dishes and revisited typical first courses. The service attentive and fast.

Very elegant and refined rustic setting, welcoming staff and delicious food. It's a shame that we were a little cramped for dancing but I think it's due to the number of guests being a bit excessive over 90 guests but for 50 it's fine.

Abbiamo festeggiato venerdì 17 gennaio il diciottesimo compleanno di mio figlio e non poteva andare meglio di così! Festa stupenda e location perfetta! Allestimento magico che ha creato un’atmosfera accogliente e stupefacente. Devo davvero complimentarmi per come è stato gestito tutto! Abbiamo scelto il servizio a braccio, con un menu che prevede innumerevoli portate finger food e non solo e devo ammettere che la scelta di questa formula è stata giustissima per una festa di questo tipo, perché adatta a dei ragazzi. Cibo ottimo e abbondante! Camerieri numerosi e attenti a tutte le esigenze. Complimenti alla chef che è stata davvero carina e a tutti voi per il bel risultato che siete riusciti a creare!
