Good morning, Ms. Anna, We had lunch with you. My review is based solely on personal taste, taking into account the quality/price ratio and the preparation of the dishes, especially the main courses. I repeat, by our standards, the results were quite poor. Kind regards.

Wonderful experience Today we had lunch at this beautiful place, meticulously cared for down to the last detail, nestled amidst nature and greenery. We ate wonderfully, and everything we ate was handcrafted and made with local ingredients. We really appreciated the Sangiovese wine produced on the farm, truly excellent. The service was excellent. The location is incredible. There were 14 of us, and many of our friends had never been here before. They said they'll definitely be back, and very soon...BRAVO!

Anna is a wonderful hostess. She's a wonderful cook, and breakfast leaves nothing to be desired. This is a great base for exploring the Maremma region.

I just returned home after a four-day stay with my mom and my four-month-old baby, and I can only say I was pleasantly surprised. The location is truly a dream: surrounded by nature and cared for down to the smallest detail by Anna, who welcomed us with great care and helpfulness. From the freshly made, quality food cooked with passion by her, to the spotlessly clean and comfortable rooms that make you feel at home, to the splendid pool with a breathtaking view... everything speaks of the love and dedication Anna puts into her work, along with her staff, always discreet and never intrusive. What more can I say? It was a wonderful experience and I will definitely be back! ❤️

05/01/2026: There were 4 of us, and we had spaghetti cacio e pepe, 2 mixed grills, and 1 chicken leg alla diavola: everything was delicious! The grilled dishes were superb, and the staff was friendly. What more could you ask for? Nothing! Well done, well done!
30/12/2025: I had the set menu, which was very varied and full of choices, and what can I say? For €22 including drinks, I ate like a dream. The owner was really kind and the service was impeccable. I recommend booking in advance because there are very few seats.

13/01/2026: Dishes that are anything but predictable, featuring exceptional ingredients, and courteous and competent service. Truly an osteria like few others.
02/01/2026: A restaurant nestled among the narrow streets of Vallerano's historic center. A jewel of a place, both rustic and elegant. We were immediately greeted by Chef Riccardo's rare kindness. Discreetly accompanied by soft background music, the dishes were chosen with perfect accuracy, even considering some personal concerns regarding certain ingredients. Sublime first courses: lombrichelli carbonara, whole wheat fettuccine with sausage and pecorino ragù, and artichoke alla giudia—never tasted so good. Finally, a revisited Mont Blanc, moving in its deliciousness. Service and value for money are unmatched. Anyone who finds themselves in the area (those who have already been know this) shouldn't miss this opportunity. An unforgettable evening. We'll be back as soon as possible.
