Yet another dinner in this restaurant and the level never drops, on the contrary...it tends to improve. The excellent management of the owners is confirmed, especially in the choice of collaborators who know how to guide you throughout the evening to ensure you have a noteworthy dinner. At our table the main dish is confirmed as "the guitar of the farmhouse" which is spaghetti alla guitar with seafood served in a sealed tray with a panpizza crust made with the pizzeria's dough. Absolutely appropriate bill having ordered a fish dish each for 10 people plus drinks, some coffee and some desserts for 240.00 euros. One of the best restaurants in the area.

Let's start from the positive sides: the food is really excellent, you can perceive the quality of the ingredients and the portions are generous, which never hurts. The environment is very pleasant, the atmosphere is warm and welcoming, it feels a bit like at home. In short, as far as the culinary experience and the environment are concerned, nothing to say. However, there were some sore points. The wait was decidedly long, about 50 minutes after ordering and we had to ask a couple of times, furthermore, they also made a mistake in bringing us some wine that we hadn't asked for, but, understanding the flow of people present, we didn't say anything. I imagine this was all due to the amount of people present, but 50 minutes still seems a bit long to me. Another thing to keep in mind is parking For local people it will be an obvious thing but for those who don't know, finding parking is really a challenge. Arm yourself with patience. In summary, Casale 93 is a restaurant that I recommend if you are willing to tolerate a certain wait (maybe I was unlucky) and if you have the patience to look for parking. Un locale di cucina pugliese che fa delle specialità di pesce il suo punto di eccellenza! Piatti curati e col sapore del mare, dagli antipasti ai primi ai secondi e con delle deliziose sorprese anche nel campo dei dolci. Pirotecnico e simpaticissimo Alan che in sala ci ha serviti e intrattenuti. Consigliato a cinque stelle. Visitato domenica a pranzo in occasione della Festa della Mamma e confermo l'ottima qualità dei piatti di pesce e del servizio. Complimenti a Simone per la sua cortesia e a tutto il personale. Tornato ad apprezzare la qualità del locale con un'ottima insalata di mare ed una pizza alla Norma! Bravi!!!

Good quality restaurant, I highly recommend it

Fish dinner, all very good and top quality ingredients. Fast and attentive service, the guys are all very kind. The restaurant is very nice, the only flaw is that the place is very large, full of people and you can almost feel at the same table.
