Casal de' Pazzi In Trani

We've been to this place several times, and I've been amazed by their excellent and fast service, perfectly coordinated staff, extensive menu with a wide selection, and, if you're lucky, a beautiful view of the Trani sea! Their mixed bruschetta platter is definitely worth trying. I'll be back whenever I can. Kudos to the staff! P.S. Prices are reasonable.

Casal de' Pazzi, the summer location, is a great place for everyone to eat while admiring the view of the Trani sea. Good food and friendly staff.

Very professional service, lovely view from the terrace. It's a shame there wasn't any coffee available.

Convenient location, easy to reach by car or on foot. Spacious and bright. Very good bruschetta. The pizza was thin on the edges, but heavy on the center. The mozzarella had probably softened too much, making it difficult to eat the whole slice. Out of 10 pizzas, 9 arrived simultaneously, while the last one arrived 10 minutes later. The diner, shocked by the delay, had to eat alone.

Very nice place, but obviously everything changes if you have the opportunity to eat at the tables overlooking the stunning sea. The pizza is good for those who aren't expecting the classic Neapolitan pizza; it's more like a piadina, but crispy! The seafood appetizer is decent. The grilled octopus is excellent. The staff is very friendly and helpful, unlike the owners, who aren't very welcoming. It's also incredible that (in a touristy place like Trani) you can't have an aperitivo at this place before 8:00 PM.

Nothing to complain about the food, everything was good and the prices were average for Trani. The location is beautiful, especially if you manage to snag a table with a sea view. What did disappoint me a bit, however, was the service. There were no rudeness, of course, but the waiters had a distant attitude, almost as if they were doing us a favor by taking our orders. In the restaurant world, you expect more. A friend of mine then had a misunderstanding about his pizza and was surrounded by two waiters and the owner (?), who, seeing everything from her desk at the cash register, then approached our table. I repeat, there were no rudeness, but they could really do much better, at least to show a smile every now and then. The location alone doesn't make up for the rest.
