Delightful restaurant two steps beyond the entrance to the ancient walls of the village of Nepi. A former slaughterhouse from the late 18th century, the environment is cozy and relaxing, perhaps there are a few too many cases of wine around which make it a little confusing... The owner was very kind and the service was impeccable. We found both the dumplings and the purple potato ravioli with carbonara excellent, while the tagliolini with white Chianina ragout was a little behind in salt. Overall, we recommend it for a great food and wine break while visiting the beautiful surrounding area.

Per una mattinata d'affari in zona, non potevo non fermarmi da Emanuele per pranzo. Oggi, prendo i ravioli di porcini e granella di nocciole, il petto d'anatra con cicoria e la caprese con ganache al cioccolato. Per il vino lascio tutto alla professionalità di Emanuele, che mi fa iniziare con un bel prosecco e poi all'anatra un bel rosso davvero appropriato per questo piatto. Cucina preparatissima, tutto squisito, come ci ha già abituato da parecchio tempo questo locale. Complimenti e alla prossima!
