The restaurant is located right in front of the remains of the Nepi fortress in the restored rooms of the ancient slaughterhouse. The atmosphere is relaxed and welcoming, with many bottles of wine and paintings on the walls. The service is equally relaxed and friendly. It's not a place to go if you're in a hurry, but time will pass quickly between a chat and a sip of wine. The kitchen offers quality dishes, traditional but at the same time unconventional. Being a wine shop, the wine list with many labels, also unconventional, is one of the strong points. Prices are medium-high but in relation to the quality of the raw materials and preparations. One of those places where it's right to return every now and then.

Exceptional. Excellent cuisine, attention to detail, we spent a very pleasant evening chatting friendly with the owner, who gave us excellent advice on wine, dishes and local specialities. One of those places where catering is done out of passion. And it is noticeable. Congratulations indeed.

01/02/2025: Norcineria with a splendid selection of cured meats. It has very few seats in a room located next to the room dedicated to retail sales. The very kind owner prepares excellent sandwiches and platters accompanied by a good wine or craft beer. Too bad it closes at 1.30pm on Sundays.

14/02/2025: The place is small, has few seats, remember to book!!! Family atmosphere and very courteous, we ate very well the top food!!! Highly recommended!!!
13/02/2025: We ate outside, even though it was a bit cold, but there were mushrooms, so they were warming up. Excellent service. There was even a cover. We ate some spectacular meatballs. Good bread. Wine. I highly recommend it.
