An up scale experience. Food was delicious and beautifully plated. Duck dish was probably the best preention I have had of fowl before.

We had a wonderful time at Casa Trimarchi. From the moment we arrived, we were charmed by the warm welcome and peaceful atmosphere. The restaurant is located in a quiet alleyway, away from the tourist hustle and bustle, allowing for a truly peaceful meal. Food-wise, everything was perfect from start to finish. The fried burrata was simply incredible. The pasta was excellent, perfectly cooked, and generously served. Finally, we tried the tiramisu and cannolo—a delight! You can tell everything is homemade with quality products, sourced directly from their own farm, which makes the experience even more authentic. The farm-restaurant concept is truly original and adds great value to the meal. You can feel the passion in every dish, and the family atmosphere gives the place a sincere and friendly feel. We definitely recommend it!

We were so impressed by this fantastic restaurant that we even ate here twice during our two-day stay in Syracuse. Fresh, high-quality ingredients! Everything we ate was outstanding – from the appetizers to the pasta and main courses to the dessert. I would especially like to highlight the delicious pasta dishes: the best pasta we had on our trip to Sicily! My compliments!

The following first courses are excellent: casarecce with pumpkin, sausages and almonds; casarecce alla norma The glasses of nero davola and grillo are good.

The restaurant is top-notch, very pretty and charming. The service is magnificent, the pasta is fresh, and all the ingredients are fresh and quality. The wine is also very good, and the tiramisu is delicious. I never review restaurants, but this one truly deserves it.

The best pasta in all of Sicily, great quality at a reasonable price. I would definitely recommend it. The staff's service was impeccable.

We waited about 40 minutes for a cod fish dish. The fish arrived chewy like a tire. I had spines and a cold, thick sauce. Not worth the wait and the 20 euros we paid for it. The eggplant dish with cheese was unseasoned. Coarsely cut eggplant and full of water.
