In Cava de Tirreni, Casa Rispoli's offerings range from land and sea to traditional fare, featuring the most representative dishes of the Campania region, sometimes with a slightly reinterpreted twist, which is very successful. All the quality ingredients create generous portions (a rare thing these days) when ordered à la carte. The wine list is varied and well-priced. The dining room was courteous and welcoming, even for my Jack Russell, who waited, by my choice, at the entrance. The desserts, as with the other courses, are prepared with ingredients of unquestionable quality, but in my opinion, they weren't up to par with everything else. I'll definitely be back. Thank you.

It was a perfect dinner! Starting with the service, where the legendary Alessia pampered us throughout the dinner, not to mention the welcome from the owner Alessandro, who conveyed all the passion he puts into his work. All the courses were excellent, from appetizer to dessert. I can't wait to go back!

Confesso che non sono solita frequentare i ristoranti Michelin quindi ho deciso di provare questo di Cava Purtroppo le mie aspettative erano alte forse troppo alte e sono rimasta abbastanza delusa Cominciamo dall'inizio: il locale è sobrio il servizio attento ma non invadente ed arriviamo al punto più importante Abbiamo preso due antipasti : dei calamaretti fritti che trovi in qualsiasi trattoria rivisitati per l'accompagnamento di una salsetta rosa e delle cipolle in agrodolce e del carpaccio di baccalà al quale mancava carattere forse una nota agrumata?!!! Sono seguiti due primi: degli gnocchi ripieni di baccalà con fonduta di formaggio ed asparagi ma il formaggio copriva tutti gli altri sapori e della fregola alla pescatora buona ma come la trovi in qualsiasi altro posto decente insomma anonima! Per finire una cheesecake ai frutti di bosco in cui i frutti erano semplicemente uno sciroppo. Mah .......è così che si mangia in ristoranti di questo livello? Beh io nei ristoranti che frequento non blasonati mangio spesso meglio ed a prezzi più contenuti Ah volete sapere quanto abbiamo speso? 110€ con due calici di vino beh il costo non è nemmeno eccessivo ma il rapporto qualità prezzo non convince!!!
