Valentine's Day dinner at Casa Rispoli. A very welcoming and charming restaurant in the center of Cava. We opted for the five-course seafood tasting menu for €75. The bruschetta with raw shrimp was very delicate on the palate, while the fried calamari was too oily, as was the seared tuna. The pasta was a very positive note: the tagliolini with shrimp tartare and lemon were truly excellent. Service was average.

The cuisine confirms Casa Rispoli's reputation as a restaurant where the quality of the products is medium to high. The ingredients are carefully selected and carefully crafted, with dishes that consistently reflect local flavors and seasonality. Excellent restaurant. We went for Christmas lunch. The black truffle was okay, but the white one was exceptional. The main dishes were good.

Christmas lunch. A la carte seafood selection. Delicious dishes and fresh fish. Friendly staff. Clean and welcoming. Fairly priced for the quality and the holiday season. Reservations recommended.

Nothing to say...except the prices are a little high...but 4 stars are more than deserved.
