Quite a small place but very quiet, I ate very well. I waited 10 minutes for the place to be free and in 10 minutes they served me a good, nice steaming ramen with very soft meat.

Tiny place in the heart of Isola, a table and a counter with stools for about fifteen seats in total. You can't book, you just show up and, if there's no room, you leave your name and wait. The ramen is, indeed, perhaps the best in the city. The broth is thick and tasty, almost like a sauce, and the raw materials are of high quality. Also promoted is the bao, a delicious soft filled sandwich (the one with beef tartare is spectacular). Courteous staff, quality/price ratio in line with the type of venue and the quality, on average around €30 per person (perhaps the mark-up on drinks is excessive).

The place is very small and has a fairly large table and a counter, so you can eat in the company of strangers, and so far it can even be nice.
As for the food, we must admit that it was very good, but excessively tasty, almost "heavy", as if a can of nuts had been dropped into water.
The prices are a bit high, considering that a can of beer costs €8/9. Also consider that the place is a war machine, few seats and continuous recycling of customers, so once your dish is finished they bring you the bill and you go with the next customers.
I recommend it for short breaks, but personally I don't know if I would go back.

Arrivati alle 21e10,ci era stata data indicativamente 30,40 minuti di attesa, che sono diventate 1 ora😪 per il resto il ramen ottimo,brodo ben saporito,anche il bao con tartar molto buono

Finalmente ho trovato posto. Locale piccolo personale gentilissimo piatti buoni prezzi alti difficile trovare posto c’è sempre fila fuori

Assaggiato ramen vegetariano che non mi ha entusiasmata . Ottima qualità delle materie prime . Non si accettano prenotazioni. Ma vale la pena mettersi in fila!
