Everything was great! We were in Alberobello at the beginning of March 2026 and wanted to eat something good and delicious. A recommendation led us to this restaurant. Very friendly service. Superb food, and all in all, everything was top-notch. We were looked after with attentiveness and courtesy. Thank you to everyone, and especially to Gianni. All the best to the whole team! 💫

Excellent experience altogether! Everything we ordered was on point, with exceptional service and a beautiful atmosphere. The waiter was patient when introducing the food/taking our orders and they were constantly checking in to make sure all was good. One of the best restaurants we tried so far on our trip down the South of Italy.

First of all, the service (referring to the waiters) is also 5 stars, but I'll explain the reason for the 3 stars. In my opinion, the place is wonderful, it exceeded my expectations, the photos don't do it justice. The food was equally excellent, the waiters' service was perfect, they even pour you wine when they see your glass is empty, nothing to complain about. The downside occurred at the end, when for the cutting of a cake for 7 people (luckily there were only a few of us and therefore a small cake), we were charged 14 euros for the cutting of the cake, or €2 per person. I can understand that the owner tried to justify it by saying that we had brought the cake ourselves, but it's strange that when we booked and told them about the cake, they only remembered to ask for the receipt and the allergens and we even called twice. She also told me about The Fork, which costs €4, not to mention that I didn't have any offers from The Fork and forget that we discovered them thanks to the app. Honestly, for a €310 bill, this service was truly subpar; I've never had that happen anywhere. Especially considering the €3 cover charge on a table that doesn't even have a tablecloth. It's a shame, sometimes everything gets ruined for so little. I still recommend it to everyone!

The food was excellent—fresh, authentic, and prepared with great care. The flavors are rich and quintessentially Italian, and the portions are more than generous, so you definitely won't leave hungry. Every bite was a true pleasure.

Very well-kept place! The staff is very kind and attentive to their customers. Tonight we went with the girls, who gave my daughter a little surprise for her birthday. The food was super good. Anyone visiting Alberobello can't miss the Casa Nova restaurant. Everything was delicious!

I went for lunch with friends on Monday and I have to say I found the restaurant to be superb, both in terms of food, service, and ambiance. Congratulations!!! Highly recommended!

Wow, outstanding service, so much attention to detail, I loved it!

The photos show burrata and lemon ravioli and orecchiette with turnip tops, truly excellent! I also highly recommend the house antipasto, rich and tasty! Very nice place, fast service, and kind, helpful staff. A special thanks to Sebastiano for his attention and care.
