A very beautiful and typical place where you can enjoy traditional Apulian dishes, nestled in the Trulli complex. We were welcomed and then given very good advice by the waiting staff. We tasted excellent dishes accompanied by an excellent wine from a local winery. Highly recommended.

We were welcomed into this very characteristic and unique trullo restaurant. We ate delicious seared tuna, bruschetta, and octopus as appetizers, followed by a first course of scampi with stuffed pasta. The price was right. I'll be back!

We were looking for a quiet, cool place to relax, and it was a success. Top-notch dishes, very good advice on wine, and a reasonable bill considering what we ate (quality and quantity). I highly recommend it because it's not always easy to find something decent in these touristy places.

We dined here on a Tuesday evening, having been unable to find a table at another restaurant, and without high expectations. However, upon entering, we found the place very charming and welcoming. We ordered two first courses, and we loved the strascinati with turnip greens. We had a small issue with one dish, but the staff was very kind and helpful; they even offered us sweet taralli at the end of the meal. We were pleasantly surprised both by the place and by the courtesy and kindness of the waiters and the head waiter.

Restaurant located in a former oil mill, in a cool, dry place. It's very pleasant to be able to eat in such an unusual place. The welcome is very pleasant and friendly. The servers are able to advise you on both the dishes and the wines that accompany them. Thank you for your welcome.

After almost a week of vacation in this beautiful region, as beautiful as my native Sicily, yesterday, July 25, we finally ate some truly exquisite traditional Apulian dishes! Housed in an old olive oil mill in the basement of the trulli area, as soon as we entered, we thought we'd ended up in a gourmet restaurant with small portions and exorbitant prices... but quite the opposite! Excellent food, generous portions, and more than fair prices. The staff were welcoming, kind, and very accommodating with children! Absolutely top-notch!

01/08/2025: This place definitely doesn’t get enough visits as it deserves. The nicest service, chill neighbourhood atmosphere, they even made us something which was not on the menu.
02/07/2025: Sapemore in Molfetta immediately strikes you with its distinctive and captivating atmosphere. The decor, with its characteristic style and a pop touch, creates a tasteful, pleasant and original environment, which positively predisposes you to the evening. The service was excellent: attentive, courteous and professional, the staff contributed to making the experience overall pleasant. The attention to the customer is palpable and deserves applause. As for the dishes, the impression was a bit more contrasting. Although the presentation is taken care of, some dishes were excessively salty and a bit too elaborate. It is a subjective observation, of course, but at the table we all had the same opinion. Sapemore is therefore a place with a strong character and impeccable service, which with a few small adjustments in the kitchen could become an unmissable point of reference in Molfetta.
