Excellent restaurant inside a trullo. I went for lunch with a group during a visit to Alberobello. We ate very well in a charming location. The environment was very clean and meticulously maintained, the atmosphere was unique.

We could not recommend this place enough! The food and the hospitality were second to none. Staying nearby in a trullo, we wanted a good meal for the first night. Casa Nova was a good choice. Beautiful charming location and atmosphere, service is efficient and professional. The Burrata and prosciutto is a delicious dish especially kissed by the local olive oil. I enjoyed the filet of beef with green pepper corn sauce. Tender and flavorful meat! Potatoes were delicious as well. My wife enjoyed sausages which were flavorful and well prepared. We ate well.

The setting and atmosphere are particularly charming. Professionally trained staff, even for unexpected events. A qualified sommelier is especially knowledgeable about selecting the perfect wine. Several gluten-free options are available for celiacs. Small pets are welcome.
