Here I ate a risotto with Fanese fish sauce that I will remember for a long time. I, who don't like these preparations because of the sand that can remain in the mussels or because of the pieces of shell that normally get trapped in sauces with crustaceans of this type. But not here! In fact, not only is the quality of the raw materials high but above all the workmanship is meticulous and this is reflected in the dishes and their flavours, which go beyond expectations. The cooked beets are finished before the fried ones (but where does it happen?) I would like to add some unexpected notes: The staff is helpful and polite, The clean environment is surrounded by a frame of greenery along the canal bank; Furthermore, the presence of a friendly and original Chef who from time to time makes sure that his customers are really appreciating his work (which he evidently knows very well) is very welcome.
