30/11/2024: It's official, the best restaurant in Sestriere, a family welcome and a quality of the dishes that is nothing short of excellent and exceptional.
The veal with tuna sauce equaled, perhaps slightly surpassed, that of my mother (undisputed queen of veal with tuna sauce), as for the squid, a gamble at 2000m above sea level, I have never tasted such a delicious and succulent dish.
Antonio is an exceptional person, an eccentric and very friendly personality, capable of putting his spirit into his dishes; Antonio's wife, a perfect and tireless hostess, satisfied every request of my 3 little girls and was able to convey her passion for this job. Service rating 10, cuisine rating 10, location rating 10, fish rating 11. Next time spaghetti, mussels and clams, I promise. Well done
