Welcoming and friendly...very close to the lake...we stayed during a period when almost everything was closed and we had a great time.

We had the pleasure of dining at this restaurant, and it was a truly special experience. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed with great attention and warmth, as if we were guests in their home and not just customers. The service was impeccable: attentive, professional, and sincere. You could sense a true passion for hospitality—the authentic kind that makes all the difference and is increasingly rare these days. The cuisine was excellent. We ate very well; each dish was thoughtful, balanced, and expertly prepared. There was a strong attention to quality and detail. What truly makes this restaurant unique is its ability to make guests feel appreciated and valued. It's not just a dinner, but an experience that leaves a lasting impression. I'm not reviewing the rooms, but the dinner. We had dinner with a 50% discount on the fork. The food was average: light fried food, average bigoli and stracotto, and good chocolate cake. The tables were very sticky.

The restaurant is cozy and decorated in a retro style. The service was friendly and fast. We had a good pizza and a nice dessert. We booked through TheFork.

I'm only reviewing the food since I was there for lunch. The dishes were good and sophisticated, and the service was excellent (they forgot an ingredient in my pasta, and a few minutes after I pointed it out, they brought it to my table, perfectly cooked, to add to my dish). The location was excellent.

Wonderful service, delicious food, normal prices, I will be back to learn the beautiful Italian language ;)

Simple yet refined cuisine. A perfect blend of lake and mountain.

We spent the Christmas holidays at the Hotel Casa Lady – my 78-year-old mother, my 21-year-old daughter, and I – and felt very comfortable from the very first moment. It wasn't one of those impersonal hotel stays, but rather like being guests of people who were genuinely happy to have us there. The service was consistently warm, personal, and attentive, without feeling forced. Every member of the team made us feel welcome – something truly special, especially over the holidays. Everything was very clean, and you could tell that great care was taken in the work. It was particularly lovely that all generations felt equally comfortable – my mother as well as my daughter. And then there was the food: simply superb. No frills, just really good, honest food, expertly prepared. The breakfast was exceptionally good for Italy: rolls, toast, gluten-free bread, brioche – all incredibly fresh, fantastic ham and salami, jams, cheeses, juice, and milk alternatives. For us, it was a relaxed, warm, and very personal Christmas. A hotel with heart that one would gladly recommend.

Very, very nice place, super friendly and welcoming staff. We're vegan, and finding vegan food on the menu is incredible, especially if it's as well-crafted and delicious as yours.
