I've been going to Casa delle Aie since I was a teenager; I'm 54! The restaurant is a classic on the Romagna Riviera: convenient if you're passing by on the SS Adriatica, very large, with plenty of seating, and very well organized (the ordering and eating times are incredibly short, in a place that's always crowded with hundreds of seats, where, without the legendary Romagna dining room and kitchen organization, you'd wait hours).
Heavy, flavorful dishes, fair prices. Over the years, the Riviera has become filled with trendy and unnecessarily expensive places, but here the philosophy and tradition of sending you home full and satisfied, without having broken the bank, is absolutely intact. I'll continue to return in the years to come.

Welcoming atmosphere, large and very convenient parking, free of charge; the restaurant had a huge capacity, there were probably hundreds of people, and yet the service was incredibly fast (practically McDonald's-like, but with six entrees to serve, four of which were different!). I don't know how they manage to be so quick, considering the à la carte menu and not lacking in options. The first courses were piping hot, while some second courses arrived a bit cold, but considering the speed and the number of customers, this is a minor issue. The ragù was excellent, especially with tagliatelle or strozzapreti. The stuffed tortelli, on the other hand, were a bit "combat" but still very flavorful. The arrosticini weren't the tenderest, but were a bit tough, while the veal steak was tender. Overall, everything was excellent, even the mascarpone cream served as dessert was worth it. Excellent value, considering that a first course, second course, dessert, water, and service charge will set you back between €20 and €30 per person. Highly recommended. The only problem, which isn't their fault, is the construction site on the Romea between Ravenna and Cervia, which causes queues of 30-40 minutes. It's advisable to look for alternative routes (but watch out for dirt roads) during rush hour.

Excellent food in a restaurant that reflects Romagna tradition very well... the only flaw... if you bring your dog, you have to eat in a verandah off to the side and not inside the restaurant... what a shame!!!

Sunday lunch with friends in a truly iconic place.
Typical Romagna cuisine, abundant and delicious, a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
For a day, I didn't feel like a psychologist on duty, but simply someone who needed to relax and feel pampered.
And I must say, they succeeded very well here.
Between smiles, genuine attention, and that homey feel that only certain places can provide, this lunch was a little natural therapy for me.
When you work caring for others, finding a place that cares for you really makes a difference.
Congratulations to all the staff: here, well-being begins also (and above all) at the table.
