Small place where you can both buy and eat excellent fresh pasta. Pasta dishes are around €7 while ravioli are around €8. Very kind staff. Furthermore, every Friday evening they have "theme evenings" with fresh pasta they produce.

I was curious to understand how this place worked, which from the outside just looked like a counter shop. Then reading (I was curious) I realized that in addition to producing their fresh pasta, they cook it for lunch and you choose everything (see attached photos and videos). I was pleasantly surprised by this great news. Very few seats, maybe a dozen, and a rustic atmosphere with a very mixed style. Very good quality of pasta and also particular in the choice. The toppings are normal, nothing special but done well! I tried something classic just to test the quality and I was satisfied! They serve everything on a plastic tray and the cover is disposable, so you don't pay for it! The kind staff told us the whole story of the birth of this place and how the ravioli are produced, they offered us a dessert and for this reason I gave the service 3 stars otherwise I would have given 2 because they don't have the possibility of serving their own everyone! You have to go and try it at least once if you are not in a wheelchair or have children like mine between 8 and 10 years old🤷‍♀️ because the seats are not exactly comfortable for everyone.

We purchased various types of ravioli for Christmas lunch. Very good everyone! Very quick collection in store with a super friendly owner, with a greeting for everyone (which is not to be taken for granted) We'll be back!

One of the best pastas I have ever eaten. The staff interaction was excellent especially with Luisa who helped us translate and curate our meal. Highly recommend coming to this place when in Milan. However, its an hour away from the city centre travelling by metro/ train.

After ordering takeaway a few times I decided, together with my girlfriend, to try to go to one of their theme evenings, which includes a regional tasting chosen by the pasta factory. I really enjoyed myself, the environment is not distracting and a sociable environment is created with those around you and the staff. Note of merit to the latter, the boy who served the tables was very kind and calm, and at the end of the tasting a nice old man came out of the kitchen who spoke to all the tables to make sure how the evening had gone. Their products are truly valid, they offer a unique service in Gallarate. We will definitely be back!

A wonderful discovery. I don't usually write reviews but we really had a really pleasant evening. After having ordered at home a few times we decided to participate in one of their evenings: the best choice to spend a Friday evening, in a warm and familiar environment, tasting excellent dishes. I'll be dreaming of that ravioli stuffed with potatoes and shank for the next few weeks, not to mention the canaderli and mushroom tagliatelle. At the beginning we were skeptical thinking that, with everything we had eaten (especially considering the quality), it could only cost 15 euros per person (€35 for two excluding drinks, without paying a cover charge) but instead the prices are very honest. It is precisely, quoting the owner: "A pampering for the customer". The environment is familiar and fun, above all it also allows you to get in touch with the other people sitting at the tables, it's as if it were an evening at a friend's house. We were amazed when, at the end of the tasting, we saw some fried dumplings arriving accompanied with jam and honey that were not on the menu. A beautiful dinner in an equally splendid setting. We will definitely return.

We got here by accident. The lady who served us was very nice and helpful. We tried different types of ravioli and spaghetti carbonara. Everything was delicious. At the end, we bought two packages of handmade pasta and received the third one from the lady as a gift. Thank you again. It was really nice to meet such positive people and taste delicious products. Siamo capitati qui per caso. La signora che ci ha servito è stata gentilissima e molto disponibile. Abbiamo provato diversi tipi di ravioli e gli spaghetti alla carbonara. Tutto era squisito. Alla fine abbiamo comprato due confezioni di pasta fatta a mano e la terza ci è stata regalata dalla signora. Grazie ancora. È stato davvero piacevole incontrare persone così positive e gustare prodotti deliziosi.

You were a wonderful discovery! Excellent value for money, you can buy lots of different types of ravioli, pasta, gnocchi... and the idea of ​​a themed dinner is wonderful! Very convenient to be able to consume your products directly from you. This pasta factory is highly recommended!
