Discovered by chance in the center of Gallarate, a fresh pasta shop... Not a simple shop, but a laboratory, when you enter you are presented with an infinite number of colors and the right ravioli and tortelloni before your eyes. Casoncelli and fresh pasta... you are spoiled for choice.... You choose the pasta which is cooked and when it is ready a bell rings which is the notification for collection. Everything is served in paper containers. All very basic, but functional. The place receives many telephone orders and customers come by to collect their order. There are few seats, perhaps it is best to book. The restaurant is open at lunch time. All types of ravioli are truly excellent!!!!
