10/02/2025: After visiting many gourmet restaurants, Dina really impressed me in a positive way! The entrance in itself is promising... You ring a bell in front of a wooden door and you enter an environment where the space-time concept takes you into a metaphysical world: a dark antechamber with a bright sign and then you enter the room where Chef Alberto welcomes you with his young team: eclectic dishes accompanied by a philosophical story in a unique atmosphere where taste reaches extreme levels. It is a unique sensory experience. After having tried so many starred dishes, I can't understand how it is possible that this temple of taste has not yet acquired the star it deserves. The emblem of this gastronomic journey is a dish of fennel wrapped in a garlic sauce and then the sweetbreads cooked in their simplicity accompanied by a glass of wine from times gone by... Great emotions! Congratulations to chef Alberto for his friendliness and intelligence in describing his menu with so much passion, charisma and intelligence. Special thanks to his young staff. Fairytale gastronomic experience! Super recommended..Above all, not one..but two stars

27/01/2025: Dishes full of passion, refined and unique. Chef Alberto Gipponi is fantastic, I hope to be able to return soon to have fun again. Only the star is missing!
