A pleasant experience: excellent food and beautiful interior. A restaurant with a tradition behind it, not improvised, and it shows. Careful and delicious dishes, attentive service. Slightly above average bill, but absolutely justified by the quality of the dishes. Recommended.

La Casa del Brodo dal Dottore is one of the rare places where you can still breathe an authentic family atmosphere. The staff, impeccable in efficiency, speed and precision, also stands out for their measured cordiality, always in full respect of professionalism. The cuisine is excellent, cared for in the smallest details, and capable of evoking, at least in my case, precious memories. Precisely for this reason, when I want to rediscover the flavors of my childhood, I often choose tortellini in brodo followed by boiled meat with potatoes—a dish that takes me back to Sundays spent with my family. If you find yourself in Palermo, on Via Vittorio Emanuele, treat yourself to the pleasure of a stop at La Casa del Brodo: it will be an experience that will allow you to touch with your hand the quality of a service refined by over a century of tradition.

Come si può recensire degnamente l’eccellenza se non con la conferma di un ristorante storico e con piatti molto curati e ottimi ! Gentilezza nel personale al massimo livello !

Sufficiente. Sinceramente mi sarei aspettato qualcosina in più. Dico costruttivamente perché i presupposti ci sono. Va detto che locale carino, personale professionale (qualche sorriso in più non guasterebbe) piatti discreti. Qualche portata tipo i tortellini in brodo - mi permetto di consigliare di aggiungere più pasta - nel complesso le porzioni sono nella norma. Prezzo giusto. Servizio veloce. Dolci buoni. Aggiungerei qualcosa in più nel menu. Ritornerò perché nel complesso va bene ma come ho già scritto può fare ancora di più.
