I got to know this place about 3 years ago for work reasons, I had always promised myself I would come and eat there but I never had the chance again. Coincidentally, about 2 weeks ago I received a message promoting a dinner based on porcini mushrooms. I immediately seized the opportunity and booked a table for two, my wife and I. Excellent choice. Cozy place, fantastic staff who know how to put you at ease with simplicity. For this type of evening, a fixed but much appreciated menu. An excellent selection of wines. I must say that I was very pleased to have managed to organize myself to be able to come. We will certainly return on other occasions. I highly recommend anyone who wants to try it. TOP TOP TOP

A very pleasant evening. Delicious restaurant, warm and welcoming environment. Competent and friendly staff. The most important thing I have to point out is that my son, a type 1 diabetic, chose a gourmet pizza. For the carbohydrate count and the insulin to be taken, we asked the pizza chef how much he thought of the dough. It was explained to us that gourmet pizza requires long leavening and high hydration. Doing the math, less than half the insulin you normally need was needed. With skepticism we administered very little insulin compared to usual....and with great surprise the blood sugar remained within range. There was no glycemic peak nor was it necessary to make nightly corrections. I recommend this pizza to everyone which, in addition to being delicious, is also suitable for diabetics. PS: we also ate meat and first courses. All very good

The problem is arriving (and leaving) but otherwise it's an environment for evenings with few demands on the food (however good, in its simplicity) but with stellar entertainment potential!

We had a crowning conclusion to our short vacation in Tuscany. The service was very courteous and explained to us, in very good English, about local and seasonal specialties and also made recommendations accordingly. We couldn't decide, so we had a mixed antipasti plate put together, which wasn't available on the menu. In addition there was spaghetti carbonara. Somehow we have to fulfill the German cliché, haha. Everything tasted wonderful and we will definitely eat here again next time we are in the area.
