Yesterday, Saturday evening, with four friends, I went to the Casa Brunori restaurant, on the cue of a friend of mine. I discovered that the aforementioned name of the place is not accidental; in fact, it describes the welcoming and familiar environment (as home) and the omnipresence of chef Bruno, a factotum, who manages to cook, serve and entertain... and also act as a cashier. The food was excellent, both in terms of quantity and quality of the products used, and presentation, and, nevertheless, as organoleptic satisfaction. Bruno, the chef and owner, and Sonia, the waitress, were nice to all of us. Bruno was very patient in fulfilling our requests, and, we all, I appreciated his relational style, marked by frankness mixed with fine irony. The panoramic view of Rome is enchanting. The prices are good (keep them that way - I recommend). See you soon Bruno, and thank you.
