Pranzo domenicale con amici, in occasione di un tour guidato alla antica Canusium. Zona abbastanza centrale. locale molto carino, un po’ classico ma arredato con gusto e semplicità. Menù tradizionale con molti prodotti a km zero. Tagliere misto di formaggi e salumi x2 ma molto abbondante (anche x4 va bene). Molto buoni i primi, consiglio il “vecchia Canosa”…Secondi semplici ma ben fatti, consiglio di provare il puledro. Ottimo il nero di Troia di loro produzione. Rapporto qualità-prezzo 🔝.
