Serata con amici in cui abbiamo gustato vari antipasti della casa e un'ottima pizza gourmet. Abbiamo molto apprezzato le birre artigianali proposte, soprattutto la rossa. Dolcetti della casa davvero ottimi. Conto in linea con l'offerta.

Siamo stati in coppia con amici, non era la prima volta, siamo stati più volte, mancavamo da un po’ di tempo, locale molto carino esteticamente, pizza ottima, antipasti interessanti magari non esagerando nel modernizzare a tutti i costi i piatti della tradizione, spesso la semplicità e’ la miglior scelta per lasciare soddisfatti i clienti. Per la carne purtroppo non è cosa loro, una grigliata mista misera, con appena 250 grammi di carne, a 35 euro mi sembra davvero esagerato, per non parlare della cottura del manzo, decisamente avanti, risultava stopposa e secca. Nel complesso voto 7, si può fare molto di più.

Casa 28 is an excellent restaurant-trattoria near Canosa. We celebrated my 30th birthday, and I was fully satisfied with the menu and the rustic and welcoming setting. We were greeted by a beautiful table set up for the occasion, there were three vase holders with fake pink flowers inside (although I would have preferred real ones, but still quite scenic). We were served in RECORD time, which was good because we were supposed to finish dinner around 10.30pm (respected enough). The waiters were very kind and very attentive, obviously very professional! The starter was the course I loved the most, the battered courgette flowers with stuffing were spectacular, a gustatory orgasm! Not to mention the parmigiana (there was also the lactose-free one), the burnt wheat pizzas, and then the boiled onion with cucumbers inside on a bed of tomato sauce (clearly the name doesn't do it justice, it wasn't a sauce of tomato, but something Gourmet). For the first course, however, they served us crushed orecchiette with fresh cherry tomatoes and hard ricotta, the second course was mixed grilled meat, but for the vegetarians, my father actually, there was cod with crunchy chips. What can I say? Impeccable service, attention and concern for the customer, qualities that are now difficult to find in the catering sector, but which, however, went hand in hand with the menu, excellent dishes! I will definitely go back, maybe next time I'd like to dine outside, although it was quite comfortable inside, the heat wasn't oppressive, also because there was air conditioning. We had a really good time! There was clearly no shortage of wine, and it accompanied our birthday dinner very well. We returned for a second dinner a few evenings later, we enjoyed other magnificent gourmet dishes, all wonderful... and then I recommend eating outside in the summer, there is a very peaceful and magical atmosphere.
