Very refined panoramic location. The menu surprised me with the mix of flavors and contrasts that I wasn't used to. There wasn't a dish that I preferred, because even days later I still remember them. A one-of-a-kind experience. I also liked the oil, if I remember correctly from the Campania region. Not least the desserts. Something indescribable.

Delicious dinner at this restaurant. We chose the land tasting menu, a real discovery. Each dish was an explosion of flavours. The chef truly lives up to this historic place and with a breathtaking view. Definitely recommended for those looking for an alternative to the Neapolitan classics.

On the occasion of my wife's birthday we chose this restaurant with a beautiful view. Everything was excellent from the welcome to the dessert and they were also attentive to our intolerances. The price consistent with the very high quality proposal. We chose the menu of 140 euros per person but the chef delighted us with some surprising tastings. The wine pairing was also very very good, as was the service. Overall it was a unique experience and we hope for high recognition for this cuisine, which deserves much more.

A unique restaurant in all of Naples! The view on the ninth floor of the hotel is unique, you can see from Vesuvius to the entire coast... it seems like an embrace of the entire gulf! The icing on the cake is the cuisine of the chef, young but very knowledgeable. We took two menus leaving the choice to the chef and I must say that we licked our chops. Excellent service. So much so that we fell in love with it, we decided to celebrate our 25 years of marriage in this wonderful place in September.

A rare pearl, my compliments to those who give these emotions! Here I found quality for the palate and the eyes that rarely meet. Memorable dishes including cod cooked to perfection that I would still like to savor. The only shame is not being there now, I will definitely return on my next visit to Naples, I can't wait to enjoy this view of the gulf and Capri again. See you soon!

El jardín Caruso Roof ofrece una hermosa terraza con vistas al impresionante Golfo de Nápoles. El entorno es sofisticado y elegante, creando un ambiente ideal para una experiencia gastronómica memorable. El servicio fue impecable, con personal atento y profesional. La comida era buena, con una gran selección de vinos y deliciosos aperitivos napolitanos fritos. Si bien todo era agradable, tenía expectativas más altas dado el ambiente de lujo, y sentí que había un poco más que podría haberse ofrecido. Sin embargo, fue una experiencia agradable en general, y la vista por sí sola hace que merezca la pena una visita.

Sono stato a pranzo con la famiglia per festeggiare una nostra ricorrenza ed è stata un’esperienza praticamente perfetta: struttura storica e ricca di fascino (ma non stantia) con una vista spettacolare sul Golfo di Napoli, Castel dell’Ovo, Santa Lucia, Capri e la costiera. Personale molto professionale,Salvatore, Manuel e tutti mai invadenti ma cordiali al punto giusto da far sentire gli ospiti rilassati e coccolati. Piatti davvero originali che sanno rileggere in maniera innovativa la tradizione del territorio e ingredienti di qualità. Insomma un’ottima esperienza da ripetere sicuramente.
