Caruso Roof Garden Restaurant In Napoli

We stayed two nights at the hotel with the company and on Saturday evening we decided to dine at the Caruso Roof Garden. What can I say... the dining room on the 9th floor is breathtaking. The atmosphere is enchanting, intimate, and refined. We chose the six-course menu with dessert. A journey of flavors from the first to the last course. So much quality in the ingredients and flavors and combinations waiting to be discovered. The service staff were truly professional, kind, and patient (imagine 27 Sicilian colleagues at dinner). Congratulations on the proposal and a heartfelt thank you to Chef Emanuele. I've been following him on social media for a while and was happy to have accidentally found him in this location.

I think it's a magnet for everyone with its magnificent, unbeatable view. The food is also top-notch, a good balance between classic and sophisticated, a cuisine I believe can please everyone. I tried the vegan menu. It consisted of six excellent courses, where the flavors of the ingredients were the real protagonists without overdoing it. Tomato, cream of beans, and meatballs were the epitome of flavor. I also really appreciated the 100% vegan option, and I'd really like to highlight it because there are usually few alternatives for this type of menu. I hope it continues to grow in the future. Kudos also to the staff: they were competent, kind, and attentive. A fantastic experience.

It would be impossible to over-praise Caruso's. The venue itself, the food, and the service were all magnificent. Kudos go especially to server Salvatore, who worked carefully and patiently to avoid my wife's lactose allergy by modifying each fish as necessary. Absolutely magnificent on all counts. .

My wife and I celebrated our honeymoon at Caruso roof garden during our trip to Napoli. Giovanni, Andrea and Pasquale provided great service to us. The food was delicious! They were accommodating for my wife's allergies as well. The view was beautiful. Overall, we had a great experience.

Personally, I would have appreciated a hint of acidity for a touch of freshness, but the exotic pepper’s aftertaste truly elevates this cocktail to a new level. The second cocktail, Paradosso, is an intriguing creation featuring a tequila base, fresh lime, soda, palo santo, and labdanum. Massimo’s expertise shone here, as he guided me through the complex layers of flavors. The woody and aromatic retro taste creates a captivating experience, each sip inviting curiosity to explore the next subtle note. Thanks to Massimo's professionalism and knowledge, my experience at Caruso Rooftop was truly exceptional. With its breathtaking views and sophisticated approach to mixology, Hotel Vesuvio’s Caruso Rooftop is a must-visit for anyone seeking a refined cocktail experience in the city.
