Cartari Cafe In Palermo

We had a few drinks and then dinner with my friend. The people at the restaurant were very friendly from start to finish and were able to find us a table even though the restaurant was full for the evening. The food is excellent and fresh. We loved our dinner and our experience at Cartari Locanda.

Easy recommend. Great food (fusion), great service and a solid cocktail list done well. Great price for the quality.

Food was amazing and atmosphere was so lively!

We had dinner at this restaurant for two. The staff is very welcoming and friendly, despite the very touristy area. We received excellent advice and enjoyed a glass of vintage Prosecco. The menu apparently changes regularly. For our part, we had a Bruschetta with sun-dried tomatoes and bottarga, then a primo: busiate alla norma and busiate zucchini. A delight! We were served very quickly. Go there with your eyes closed.

Place is pretty cool. Tried some natural wines here that normally would be out of my wheel house, but actually liked them. Atmosphere has that laid back, chic southern European vibes as people sit outside on the steps and order tapas. Bartenders do a good job with the cocktails and prices are reasonable. Well worth a visit.
