A very warm welcome followed by a good pizza and a delicious tiramisu. Little wait despite the crowds. We went there in the evening but the view from the restaurant is overlooking the lake 👌🏼

I went to Carpe Diem in Montefiascone where I ate the ORVIETO Pizza with fresh truffle, bacon and fiordilatte. Really very good!

The best location, food and great fun too. Loved this so much we had lunch and dinner there. We are walking the Via Francigena, this is by far the best place to visit in Montefiascone.

20/03/2025: I ate at this restaurant during a midweek lunch break. Both my colleagues and I ordered the dishes proposed by the kitchen (menu for workers).. both the first and second courses were decent. The bread was very good. The staff was kind and fast. To try again with the pizza.
