A very picturesque location, with a stunning view of the entire lake, very efficient service, fresh and well-cooked fish. A shame about the pinch of salt, but that's a personal preference. Highly recommended!

The sunset from this restaurant is simply breathtaking – and not only is the view impressive: the food and service are also excellent. I had the pasta with prawns, while my family ordered pizza. The giant burrata is also particularly noteworthy – incredibly fresh and delicious!

The food is excellent, from the starter to the first course, the second, and dessert, especially the Baba. The view is stunning, and the service is top-notch.

Everything is good, of course the pizzas are very big, I couldn't finish it, the pastiera is made as God commands, you can taste the real flavour of the authentic Neapolitan pastiera, not like the imitations.

This review applies to the food truck. Great taste, very friendly, and the wait time is normal. Very reasonable prices.

We stopped by Carpe Diem on August 9th, after a day in Bolsena. Fearing we wouldn't find a table, we were pleasantly surprised by the owner's kindness, who managed to get us a table with a splendid lake view in just a few minutes. We ordered two pizzas—one with wurstel and the other with porcini mushrooms (soft and flavorful, melt-in-the-mouth) and sausage—and a potato croquette. Everything was delicious! As an extra gesture of kindness, they offered us two fried snacks to apologize for the short wait: truly delicious. The place is charming, the table service is precise and attentive, the atmosphere relaxing, and the prices absolutely fair. It was an experience that left us with fond memories. We'll definitely be back!

There were a few issues with the service, but the food was excellent and the place was lovely.

Place with a nice view, average pizza

Spectacular sunset views of the valley and food was quite nice. I will warn you to steer clear of their desserts. My family and I had the tiramisu and all 4 tasted like stale cardboard. Other than that, pizzas were absolutely delicious, all be it slightly lacking in toppings, not a single slice was left at the end. Servers were friendly and tried their darnedest to speak in English.
