25/02/2026: The two of us spent about 95 euros here for steak, wine, and soft drinks. It was very quiet; at times, we were the only customers in the huge restaurant. The quality of the meat was very good. We both ordered our steaks medium. Mine was medium in the middle, but only slightly pink elsewhere. My girlfriend's steak arrived well done. The potatoes and bread were also tasty, although the potatoes were almost completely burnt black. There's room for improvement in the service. Even though there were hardly any other customers, it was sometimes difficult to get the staff's attention. Our waitress spilled half of the lemonade all over the table while pouring it and then simply walked away. Only after we asked her did she wipe some of it up. The cooks, who were always visible due to the open kitchen, spent most of the time playing on their phones, looking bored. I'll just note here that the staff didn't speak English in the center of Rome, without passing judgment on it. 25/02/2026: The meat selection is impressive, but it's a low-key restaurant. The onion rings are a no-no, and the prices are too high: I've never paid €12 for a sgroppino. I won't be returning.
