Very fresh and quality fish. The staff is very friendly, helpful and quick. No problem even for the gluten-free options as they are very careful when it comes to handling the products. Absolutely coming back!

Discovered by chance while walking around Ortigia. We were impressed by the atmosphere and the attention to detail. We ate and drank well, sitting at the tables along the street. Breaded anchovies, swordfish rolls and crunchy octopus of truly excellent quality. Prices in line with expectations. Very friendly staff. Given that the place was really full, we perhaps waited a little long for the appetizers, but then made great use of the following courses. Very recommended. Well done.

La Carnezzeria is one of the best places to eat fish in Syracuse (number 1 in my personal ranking) every year I go back to visit my family and Carnezzeria is always in the background! Thanks to Marco and Antonello and all their staff!

We had dinner this evening and were very happy, very fresh fish, good service, location obviously not a 5 star, but not bad either, very honest prices for the quality of the raw materials, we will return

You gotta love atmosphere of the market! Amazing fresh food, pretty quick service, good wines and very understanding staff. They speak English. Clean bathrooms.

19/08/2024: Locale a pochi km dal cuore di Avola marina, lontano dal caos, sulle alture della città, pochi piatti, ho degustato la proposta di terra, ma cucinati con cura ed amore. Le materie prime prediligono il km 0 e sono di ottima qualità, porzioni giuste, prezzi nella media. Un plauso al gelato artigianale (super cremoso e goloso) ed al cannolo scomposto, freschissimo.
19/06/2024: Ci ispirava la cucina semplice e di casa. In realtà è stato così. Tutto molto buono semplice e gustoso. Complimenti alla cuoca e a suo marito che gestiscono la locanda
