Delicious food, quick service, and a lovely atmosphere (a table in the middle of the street!), not romantic but definitely folkloristic! It's certainly not the most comfortable place, but... worth a try.

During our day in Ortigia, my friend and I decided to have lunch among the market stalls at this restaurant recommended to us by Corrado (Casa Memi). We ate excellent seafood! We spent €63 for: a Messina beer, a glass of wine, a bruschetta with anchovies and burrata, an octopus salad, a plate of pasta with mussels, and two coffees. Mic and I, having more or less the same tastes, shared everything!

Excellent seafood restaurant in a typical street. Unfortunately I couldn't taste the raw fish, but the cooked dishes were very good. Prices in line. Super friendly staff

31/07/2025: If you want a dinner that will feed not just your belly, but your soul as well - I highly recommend coming here. Frankly, this restaurant is a reason alone to return to Ortigia. The food was divine and the staff were friendly and very lovely. Only the best memories.

08/08/2025: Since the management changed, prices have skyrocketed and the overall quality has significantly declined. The artisanal granitas have gone from being a MUST-HAVE to just average, but the gelato remains good. Two two-flavor gelatos to go for €6.50; it feels more like Milan than Syracuse these days...
