Delicious oysters and an unforgettable seafood risotto! I recommend giving it a try. Very friendly and helpful staff :)

The grilled fresh fish was delicious, prepared to perfection, but the emphasis was on the fish itself, as it wasn't very large. The oysters are worth trying as an appetizer. They also have a very good seafood risotto. The price for two people, excluding alcohol, was €62.

Very good restaurant Recommended by friends. Very nice when there's a local market with all the fish, vegetable, and fruit vendors. It's a typical Sicilian restaurant with outdoor tables, the bar on one side, and the kitchen at the other. We had calamari and prawns as a starter, followed by pasta with vongole and baby tomatoes. Everything was very good and cooked perfectly. The wine was a lovely white. Very reasonable prices.

Arrivati ad ortigia cerchiamo un ristorante di carne, si perché il pesce fa male.. troviamo la carnezzeria, per carità non avevamo visto le recensioni ne il menù, ma tutto mi aspettavo tranne che solo pesce 😅. Ci sediamo, quattro adulti e due bambini. Prenotiamo una pepata di cozze, due fritti misti, un involtino di pesce spada, un pesce spada alla griglia e due pasta al pomodoro. Il pesce spada e i fritti discreti,mangiabili, la pepata di cozze NO. Insipida, tutto sapeva tranne che di cozza (lasciata più di metà). Pasta con la salsa buona (beh voglio dire). 2 bottiglie d'acqua, una coca, e due calici di vino. Paghiamo 150 euro. Dico bene dai era pesce... Poi vedo 12 euro, dico 12 euro di pasta con la salsa.... Ora dico io, va bene il pesce costa, va bene il calice di vino, ma 80 gr di pasta con il pomodoro 12 euro anche no. L.errore nostro è stato non leggere i prezzi, che anche qui sono scritti... Ma tutto andavo a pensare che pagare 12 euro na pasta al pomodoro... Prossima volta passo dritto dritto e vado avanti.
