Carnage Public House In Giovinazzo

22/03/2025: We went here for dinner, attracted by the possibility of eating dishes with truffles. Unfortunately, however, the dishes with truffles were very few, perhaps we were there at the wrong time. The restaurant defines itself as a steak house, but the offer of cuts of meat is limited. The platters of cold cuts and cheeses, the donkey chop and the straccetti were good. The selection of wines was very wide and the location was beautiful. The owner was very kind because he deducted from the bill the Irish cutlet of meat cooked with a special method which unfortunately was overcooked and therefore was very hard and dry. I would give a review to the service which leaves a little to be desired. Overall good.

17/03/2025: Great food, cozy atmosphere and professional staff. Went there with a friend for dinner and we were not disappointed. Restaurant is medium sized and inside the atmosphere is nice and intimate with ambiental music that is not blasting in your ears allowing you to enjoy a nice meal and have a good conversation. We got the antricot on the hot stone to share with backed potatoes and grilled vegetables. The meat was tender, juicy and full of flavor! The portion was just enough for two people who were looking to save some room also for desert. My friend took the tiramisu and I got the mousse with berries. Both were fresh and creamy and delicious! I would highly recommend this place to anyone who is looking to have a break from pizza and pasta and wants to try a nice stake instead.
