Super recommended. I had dinner here last night for a business meeting. We took some appetizers to share: delicious Mondeghili, lightly fried and the saffron mayonnaise, a treat perfectly in line with the Milanese tradition. The duck breast is also excellent.
And what can I say about the Tonnarello cacio e pepe, mazara del vallo prawns and chopped pistachios? Quality pasta, perfect cooking, generous and creamy creaming, a gourmet portion.
Finally, the welcome and service absolutely worth highlighting:
friendly, prepared, attentive, without ever being over the top.
In the heart of Brera, an address undoubtedly to be kept among the references on Milan.

Overall, a good experience, despite a few disappointments. The desserts aren't incredible. The ice cream, in particular, is really industrial, and the berries aren't very good.
As for the main course, the cacio e pepe was a huge success! However, the roast beef was a huge disappointment.

I had the pleasure of dining at the Il Carminio restaurant and I must say that the experience was absolutely positive. From the entrance, the restaurant presents itself with a welcoming and refined atmosphere, with furnishings that manage to combine elegance and simplicity. The service was impeccable: the staff was attentive, professional, but never intrusive, making every customer feel at ease. The menu is Italian cuisine revisited in a modern key with the highest quality ingredients. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

Delizioso piccolo ristorante dove si celebrano piatti che si ricordano per la loro qualità prelibata. Indimenticabile! Nella piccola via del Carmine, proprio di fronte all'appena inaugurato Palazzo Citterio, sta diventando una tappa obbligatoria per i turisti e gli habituè di Brera. Superfrequentato da professionisti, attori, artisti e bella gente in generale. Il titolare Fabrizio è il sapiente regista dell'attività, talvolta assistito
dalla mite ed elegante signora Alessandra. Bravi davvero, meriterebbero una visita
dai messieurs della Michelin.

Het eten was fantastisch, de bediening vriendelijk en professioneel en de ambiance is top. Ik had iets besteld wat ik achteraf niet lekker bleek te vinden (het was wel perfect bereid) en ik mocht gewoon iets anders bestelen zonder problemen.
