I went to this place today for lunch with a friend, it was a treat for the palate accompanied by attentive but not intrusive staff. Compliments to the kitchen and dining room staff. I will definitely be back

On the advice of a dear friend from Turin we go..
I ordered stuffed fried flowers and baked cheek and potatoes.
What can I say, everything was excellent, my friends also the first course was exquisite to say the least. The guys were very kind and made sure everything was fine. High quality wine..

Excellent dinner spent with friends. Very good tartare and braised meat, perhaps a few potatoes served with the second course, side dishes could have been proposed as an accompaniment but in any case super.
Bonet as a dessert excellent and beautiful idea of fashion served at the table.
Family atmosphere and good value for money.

It's not exactly a popular place, 2 euros for a cover charge is a lot. Even the food, despite being reminiscent of Piedmontese cuisine, wasn't excellent. For starters, the giardiniera was too cold, too brusque, with little tuna, and vegetables in giant pieces. The first course of tajarin with butter and anchovies was too salty for me, and the pasta didn't seem like Piedmontese tagliatelle.
The dessert was excellent, stuffed peaches, but 6 euros is a bit too much.
For 7 people, just one liter of wine on tap, at 12 euros, is not a little.
For lunch, we hoped to spend less than the 29 euros we paid.

Personale esperto e molto cordiale.
Il mio amico ha chiesto se poteva avere 2 mezze porzioni di antipasto..nello specifico una tartare di fassona(tra l'altro buonissima) e degli asparagi in tempura...il cameriere ha detto di no...allora il mio amico ha chiesto solo la tartare....ma il cameriere ha portato sia la carne che un assaggio di asparagi...dicendo t'ho fatto fare una porzioncina così li assaggi...e non la paghi...tevla offro io...una bella sorpresa...un gesto molto amorevole.
Tutto sommato abbiamo mangiato bene e speso il giusto.
Qualità dei prodotti e gentilezza,
caratteristiche essenziali per un buon servizio.
Ci tornerò.

Buona trattoria di cucina prevalentemente piemontese in zona San Salvario. Buoni i "capunet" (fagottini di foglia di cavolo) serviti con salsa di formaggio e l'insalata di carciofi crudi. Tra i primi ho apprezzato i tajarin al sugo di anatra, mentre tra i secondi decisamente buona la guancia di vitello. Migliorabile l'aerazione del locale. Prezzi buoni nel rapporto qualità/prezzo.
