I had a wonderful dinner at Trattoria Carmen in Turin. The atmosphere is warm and authentic, with a true Piedmontese touch.
The food was excellent. The vitello tonnato was one of the best I’ve ever had, perfectly balanced and flavorful. The pork dish was also outstanding, tender and cooked to perfection.
Friendly service and great value for money. Definitely a place I would recommend to anyone visiting Turin and looking for genuine local cuisine.

Customer service is the order of the day here.
William and Giacomo made my first experience at their restaurant more than satisfying.
The behind-the-scenes work in the kitchen has a touch of quality in every aspect.
I haven't tried the desserts, but I'll definitely have the opportunity...

Personale esperto e molto cordiale.
Il mio amico ha chiesto se poteva avere 2 mezze porzioni di antipasto..nello specifico una tartare di fassona(tra l'altro buonissima) e degli asparagi in tempura...il cameriere ha detto di no...allora il mio amico ha chiesto solo la tartare....ma il cameriere ha portato sia la carne che un assaggio di asparagi...dicendo t'ho fatto fare una porzioncina così li assaggi...e non la paghi...tevla offro io...una bella sorpresa...un gesto molto amorevole.
Tutto sommato abbiamo mangiato bene e speso il giusto.
Qualità dei prodotti e gentilezza,
caratteristiche essenziali per un buon servizio.
Ci tornerò.

Ho provato questa trattoria con mio marito, devo dire che ci ha soddisfatto in tutto, a partire dall’accoglienza alle pietanze preparate in modo semplice ma gustose. Guancia brasata è frutto di asparagi top.
Ci ritornerò sicuramente.
