In the heart of San Salvario I found a place where time slows down
Where the soul of Piedmont slowly pours into every dish.
The veal with tuna sauce, tender as a memory, wrapped in a sauce that whispers tradition.
Then the agnolotti del plin, soft treasure chests folded with love,
Each bite a whisper from grandma's kitchen.
The braised tongue - delicate, deep.
And a simple broad bean soup, enhanced by mint,
As if spring had slipped into the pan unseen.
Finally, a panna cotta that trembled lightly,
Veiled with caramel like twilight on the Alps.
It wasn't just a dinner - but a hug!

I have been coming to this restaurant for many years and have always had a good time. I have celebrated on special occasions with my guests who were pleasantly satisfied. Excellent quality food and wines. A pearl in our San Salvario. The staff and the owner are very kind and professional!

Personale esperto e molto cordiale.
Il mio amico ha chiesto se poteva avere 2 mezze porzioni di antipasto..nello specifico una tartare di fassona(tra l'altro buonissima) e degli asparagi in tempura...il cameriere ha detto di no...allora il mio amico ha chiesto solo la tartare....ma il cameriere ha portato sia la carne che un assaggio di asparagi...dicendo t'ho fatto fare una porzioncina così li assaggi...e non la paghi...tevla offro io...una bella sorpresa...un gesto molto amorevole.
Tutto sommato abbiamo mangiato bene e speso il giusto.
Qualità dei prodotti e gentilezza,
caratteristiche essenziali per un buon servizio.
Ci tornerò.

Buona trattoria di cucina prevalentemente piemontese in zona San Salvario. Buoni i "capunet" (fagottini di foglia di cavolo) serviti con salsa di formaggio e l'insalata di carciofi crudi. Tra i primi ho apprezzato i tajarin al sugo di anatra, mentre tra i secondi decisamente buona la guancia di vitello. Migliorabile l'aerazione del locale. Prezzi buoni nel rapporto qualità/prezzo.
