21/02/2025: A restaurant that truly captures the essence of Milanese cuisine. We began our meal with the Tuna Tartare and Wagyu Carpaccio, both of which were exceptional. The carpaccio, adorned with Maldon salt crystals, offered a delightful burst of flavor that elevated the dish. For the main course, I chose the Risotto alla Milanese, which lived up to its stellar reputation—rich, creamy, and perfectly executed. While the service was impeccable at the start, it became a bit inconsistent as the evening progressed and the restaurant grew busier. Nonetheless, the overall experience was delightful, and I highly recommend Bauscia for those seeking authentic Milanese flavors in a vibrant setting.

Grand Prix 1

08/01/2025: I've been using them for years, excellent pizza by the slice, both deep and low, the right compromise of ingredients (it's neither too full to spoil the taste of the dough nor poor enough to not taste the filling). The possibility of being able to enjoy the pizza on site as well as taking it away is excellent. As a further pampering for customers, there is the possibility (even if it is a vending machine) of finishing the meal with hot drinks such as coffee or similar.
