An unforgettable experience If you are passionate about quality meat, Carlo's Grill is the place for you. This restaurant manages to combine an excellent selection of meats with a welcoming atmosphere and impeccable service, creating a dining experience that never disappoints. It's a guarantee. My boyfriend and I discovered it by pure chance but it turned out to be one of our favorite places. As soon as we have the opportunity we jump in super happy. We always try to introduce this delicacy to our friends too, and it is always highly appreciated. The owners are super nice and welcoming. The menu offers an incredible variety of meat-based dishes, all prepared with fresh and selected ingredients. Excellent first courses. The steaks are the real highlight: cooked to perfection, succulent and tasty, they melt in your mouth with every bite. Even the starters and side dishes are no exception: delicious, abundant and well presented, they are the ideal complement to a meal that knows how to satisfy every palate. The wine list is well assorted, with different labels that match perfectly with the dishes offered. The service is quick and professional, with the staff always smiling and available to recommend the best dishes. The environment is elegant but informal, creating the right balance for a pleasant dinner with both friends and family. Cozy and tastefully furnished room. The staff is attentive, professional and always available, making the experience even more pleasant. The order that is placed at the meat counter is particular, where the chef helps in choosing the cuts. Very recommended

Exceptiona experience at Carlos Grill. Huge variety to chose from and the waiters were aware of our presence. Carlos does a fire show every time a customer orders special kind of meat from the menu. A simple Wednesday evening. It wasn't busy, a bit quiet even, but what a great experience. We have selected the piece of meat in the display case and you will be guided with the choices as side dishes. The meat was really very good. Also plenty of choice of wine! A great fire show to top it off! We will definitely come back!

If you die without having tried it you have lived in vain

Se sei intenditore di carne.... ci devi andare! Abbiamo pranzato... dall'antipasto alla carne (Tomahawk di vacca piemontese) al dessert sublimi. Posto veramente originale, vieni consigliato da persone competenti, cordiali ed attenti al cliente. E poi sorpresa! ....ci hanno servito la carne al tavolo e ad un certo punto si spegne la luce ed ecco che il proprietario flamma la carne a ritmo di musica (molto scenico e la carne gustosissima). Non abbiamo nemmeno aggiunto altri aromi! Inoltre una chicca non da poco dispongono di una piscina esterna che possono usufruire anche i clienti del ristorante oltre a quelli che pernottano nelle camere che hanno nel piano superiore. L'attivita si divide tra una pizzeria che offre anche una scelta particolarmente tra l'impasto, la lievitazione che desideri e la pizza la componi tu!.... consigliatissimo e da tornarci sicuramente.... andate non potrete più farne a meno.

Dopo un ottima cena siamo andati a mangiare il dolce e a gustarci un ottimo digestivo in quel del carlos grill bbq! Che spettacolo di locale e di atmosfera!! Tutto urla carne carne carne!!! L accoglienza è esemplare per non parlare della selezione di digestivi degustati a bordo piscina! Un tocco di classe da non dimenticare!! Grazie per la magica esperienza!!
