Really very high prices. Excellent quality, but still doesn't justify the bill. Very nice and well-kept place. The staging of the €120 Tomahawk flambé with very loud tamarra music was terrible. We took: Three glasses A mineral one A 1.6 kilo Tomahawk (good, but the price is absolutely not justified, also because there is nothing under one and a half kilos) An appetizer with: 1 serving in the middle, three pieces of good cheese, honey, chopped hazelnuts and black truffle perlage (€30). Total €190. A real blow. They actually try to make you spend as much as possible. The quality still remains, but I wouldn't go back.

Very nice place, very attentive to every detail, trained and friendly staff, the owner very helpful. Very attentive to the quality of the products, the best cut I have ever eaten. Also worthy of praise are the peeled potatoes chosen as a side dish, they were crazy. Truly a great place to eat excellent meat and have an experience.

Not even in Florence have I eaten a Fiorentina like this...wide choice of various types of VERY HIGH quality meat...plus it's worth having dinner in this place to get to know Angelo, the chef and owner...it feels like spending a moment. Evening with friends

Se sei intenditore di carne.... ci devi andare! Abbiamo pranzato... dall'antipasto alla carne (Tomahawk di vacca piemontese) al dessert sublimi. Posto veramente originale, vieni consigliato da persone competenti, cordiali ed attenti al cliente. E poi sorpresa! ....ci hanno servito la carne al tavolo e ad un certo punto si spegne la luce ed ecco che il proprietario flamma la carne a ritmo di musica (molto scenico e la carne gustosissima). Non abbiamo nemmeno aggiunto altri aromi! Inoltre una chicca non da poco dispongono di una piscina esterna che possono usufruire anche i clienti del ristorante oltre a quelli che pernottano nelle camere che hanno nel piano superiore. L'attivita si divide tra una pizzeria che offre anche una scelta particolarmente tra l'impasto, la lievitazione che desideri e la pizza la componi tu!.... consigliatissimo e da tornarci sicuramente.... andate non potrete più farne a meno.

Fantastic place, professional, friendly and courteous staff, superb meat dishes and other delicious Piedmontese dishes. Daniele and Vania went for the first time on August 15th with the children. They were amazed by the wonderful fire show set up by the owner (a very nice person and a star chef/griller). They were very happy with the food, the welcome and the price. We will be back for sure.

Dopo un ottima cena siamo andati a mangiare il dolce e a gustarci un ottimo digestivo in quel del carlos grill bbq! Che spettacolo di locale e di atmosfera!! Tutto urla carne carne carne!!! L accoglienza è esemplare per non parlare della selezione di digestivi degustati a bordo piscina! Un tocco di classe da non dimenticare!! Grazie per la magica esperienza!!
