The service was friendly but completely chaotic. The pasta so-so. Unfortunately we had to wait a good hour for two plates of pasta. There are better places to eat.

I had the pleasure of dining at the Carlo V restaurant and I must say that it was a truly excellent experience! The location near the historic center is truly admirable. The atmosphere of the venue is welcoming and refined, perfect for a special evening. A particular recognition goes to the waitress Rossella, who made our dinner even more pleasant with her skill and professionalism. She was attentive to our needs, ready to recommend perfect dishes and pairings. His courtesy and smile contributed to creating an even more pleasant environment. The food was delicious, with dishes prepared with fresh, high-quality ingredients. Every course exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend the Carlo V restaurant to anyone who wants to enjoy excellent cuisine with impeccable service. Servicio muy rápido y acogedor en una buena ubicación. Sin embargo, cuando se olvidan por completo de su pedido, y luego traen pizza mal horneada y no hacen nada para hacerlo bien, sino encogerse de hombros, le hace preguntarse acerca de su elección de restaurante. Renunciar al cargo por servicio o recargar nuestro vino habría sido un buen gesto. En cambio... reciben esta crítica.
