Local on Via Emilia Ovest, two minutes from the Modena Nord motorway toll booth. Ideal for a quick lunch or dinner with friends. Upon reservation, they make both meat and fish paella, among the best in Modena and accompanied by sangria. Perfect service, the dining room staff is very welcoming. Very competitive prices, with just €30 you can have a quality fish dinner

The paella and sangria combo was good, but I recommend checking and correcting the website. I pointed out to the person who gave us the bill (I think it was the owner) that it was 40 euros, but he said it was a price from years ago and charged us 48. Total with water and cover charge 60 euros, but it's a shame the bill was for 30...

Refined and welcoming place. Attentive and dedicated service. Fabulous paella with both meat and fish. It seems to taste Spain! Etiquette is at home here... even just for an after dinner chat with new people.

26/09/2025: A fantastic confectionery shop, they also offer balsamic vinegars. I highly recommend it! A distinctive flavor, a unique combination of sweetness and a slight acidity. The products are packaged appropriately for gifts.
20/09/2025: The kindness of the staff and the delicious desserts were an integral part of a truly unforgettable experience. The zuppa inglese and the cocoa cake with hazelnut filling were excellent, but I didn't get to try too many other things. I'd definitely return for the Viennese pastry, but every sweet treat on the counter would be worth a visit to this historic pastry shop!

04/09/2025: We returned again after the renovation and were a little shocked. The place is called TRATTORIA LA FONTANA.... But the prices are astonishing!!!!! 🥶🫣 Cover charge: €3.50 Lambrusco Chiarli: €18.00 ...... Excellent food, all quality Prices are a little high....🤷🏻‍♀️
