A must if you’re visiting Milano! They are serving inventive and exciting cocktails that will impress the most knowledgeable aficionado. Their signature Negroni is one of the best I’ve ever had (spoiler: it’s made with mezcal). The service is world class; friendly and inviting. True hospitality.

We stopped by Carico for drinks and a light bite, and while we sadly couldn’t sample the full kitchen menu (the chef was on leave), we still had a lovely experience. The ostrica marinata was excellent, and the sourdough with butter and anchovies was simple yet beautifully done. What really stood out, though, was their creative take on Negronis - bold, original, and perfectly balanced. The team even gave us a peek into the Negroni room, which was a real treat! We’ll definitely try to book it on our next visit to Milan.

Best bar in Milan. Impeccable service, superlative drinks and food. Unmissable spaghetti with cod tripe and the iconic Martini cocktail!!! We will be back very soon!!!

The Negroni Room is the place to be. Let's hope they repeat the experience next year. Very kind in proposing an excellent off-menu vegan alternative to a (vegan) friend.

12/10/2025: Friendly staff. Ideal for a drink.
11/10/2025: Not the best food around. Lasagne 2 out of 5 stars. Was a bit dry. Risotto milanese: 3 out 5 stars. Nothing special, just pasta and sauce. Pizza's 3 out 5 stars. Nothing special pizza 's were not Baked enough. We would not go back again. They did give a few free appetizers which was nice.

25/10/2025: Fantastic location. I'd change the glasses, which look like those from Kasanova and clash with the decor. The cooked seafood appetizers were fantastic; the raw seafood appetizers were absolutely nothing special. The spaghetti with clams was decent (I hope I'm wrong, but it had a very strong mustard flavor) and wasn't the best I expected. The chocolate cake crumbled with every forkful and the chocolate tasted bland. The fruit was good. Let's say the fairytale atmosphere raised the bar, but the food wasn't up to par with the establishment. The staff were very kind.
22/10/2025: Beautiful location with a garden. We ate very well.
