We were delighted by the roasted beef, perfectly tender and rich with flavor, and the fegato alla veneziana (Venetian-style liver), which was simply outstanding — delicately cooked with onions to melt-in-the-mouth perfection.
The semifreddo house-made ice cream was a revelation, light yet indulgent. We ended our meal with a top-quality grappa, which was offered with generosity and pride.
The wine list is well-curated, with thoughtful local selections that match the cuisine beautifully. Service was warm, personal, and professional, striking just the right balance between attentiveness and discretion.
A special mention to the owner, whose presence added a sense of pride and continuity to the whole experience. You feel welcomed not just as a guest, but as a friend returning to a beloved place.
Antico Ristorante Cardellino is not flashy — it is authentic, intimate, and quietly extraordinary. A hidden treasure worth discovering and returning to again.

The food is average, the service needs lot of improvement, the restaurant itself is not a big deal. We were expecting a lot more on the basis of their online claims. A bit of a fraud if I am allowed to be blunt. Would not go back.

A chance find, because almost everything is closed on Mondays. The food was absolutely fantastic, from the pasta to the cheese to the best liver we've ever had. The rabbit cheeks were incredibly tender and delicious. THANK YOU for the good food at a fair price. 2 starters, 2 first courses, 2 second courses, 2 desserts plus wine and coffee for 80 euros... perfect.

A simple menu but truly impeccable dishes. We ate cold cuts as an appetizer, excellent. Bigoli alla bassanese and all'anitra very tasty and in abundant quantities. We concluded with a Roasbeaf with pure delicious. Paid the right amount ... I recommend for everything, also for the great friendliness of the staff available for every request.

Pleasant restaurant. The food was quite good, but not great - although the tiramisu was one of the best I've ever eaten. Service ok. Cool interior design.
