Carbonella è il miglior ristorante di carne della zona. Oltre alla qualità elevata dei prodotti proposti e la selezione raffinata dei "fuori menu", la professionalità nell'esporre la provenienza delle carni, la particolarità dei piatti e l'associazione dei vini, ..... non ha eguali.
Ogni volta vanno oltre le aspettative. Pur buono che lo ricordi, quando lo mangi è ancor più delizioso 😋.

Arriving late they let us have dinner in complete tranquility.
We were welcomed by Lucia, professional and polite. We opted for some Sicilian wine from the cellars, accompanied by a platter of local cured meats and a mixed grill which was truly delicious. The rabbit was something superlative, I have never eaten like this. The location is very well looked after, we had a very good time and above all we ate well. Price in measure of quality!!!

A very pleasant evening, the owner Martina very professional, cheerful and friendly. Everything was very good, the food was excellent and the location was great, they made me feel at home.
