Sono stato in questo ristorante spinto dalle buone recensioni lette, e sinceramente ho potuto constatare che la qualità è elevata sì per quanto riguarda le carni ma anche dei taglieri di salumi e formaggi. Penso che ritornerò per assaggiare altri tipi di carne.

Friendly staff is just great!!! It makes you feel at home, the quality of the meat is excellent, a vast choice of wines and meats and starters to suit all tastes, we had a wonderful time!!! I recommend it EXCELLENT!!!!!!!!

The best meat in the city and beyond! The welcome and the staff are excellent, you feel at home. Cleanliness, everything taken care of down to the smallest detail. I'm happy to go back every time I can!

Scelto per le recensioni positive, abbiamo deciso di provare : nessuna scelta fu piú azzeccata. Locale molto carino, le due cameriere molto gentili pronte e preparate. Abbiamo mangiato come antipasto una battuta di carne e ciauscolo con stracchino, porzioni generose e pietanze decisamente di livello. Chicca : prima degli antipasti hanno portato di loro iniziativa una degustazione di olii che ho apprezzato moltissimo, dettaglio non di poco conto. Poi, dietro consiglio della cameriera che ha preso la comanda, abbiamo preso una costata da 800gr in due... SUPERLATIVA. Servita con dell'olio aromatizzato (da mettere a parte se si voleva ) , cottura al sangue PERFETTA, è risultata davvero buonissima. Brave ragazze, avete acquisito un nuovo cliente, è una delle carni piú buone che ho mai mangiato. A presto.

I've been eating at this restaurant once a week for months for work. The best meat I've ever tasted. Impeccable quality and service. Great friendliness and kindness from Martina and Lucia who with great professionalism accompany the customer towards a pleasant evening. Carbonella Pesaro has become like home. Try it to believe it. High quality meat, well cooked and well served. Great attention also to details: blend oil and monocultivar radiola to enhance local excellence and interesting "off-the-book" variations. Important wine list and even the choice of cutlery (laguiole knives) is not random. Friendly staff available for any explanation. It's not exactly cheap, but the quality of the meat more than justifies the prices.

The quality of the meat is top. The service was excellent with explanations of each type of meat and seasoning. Staff also very friendly as well as professional.

Cozy place.. good food from starter to main course.. Excellent grilled meat.. perfect cooking.. Kind, friendly and above all professional staff. I recommend stopping to eat ☺️
