The search for the best raw materials is their mission.
The celeriac and lobster oil broth to drink directly from the cup is delicious, the raw anchovy with the recall of the flavors of beccafico sardines is exceptional.
But the dish that won me over was the stewed artichoke with mussels and an almond cream: a mix of flavors that blend pleasantly to create an infinite pleasure in the mouth!
To reorder again and again!!

Romantic evening with my boyfriend.
Beautiful location, we took the tasting menu and they paired us with some excellent wines that we didn't know about.

Maison Capriccioli is the trendiest fish restaurant of the moment in Turin.
I had dinner there with my wife trying the tasting menu, which was delicious from start to finish.
I remembered the previous management with a similar name, but here we are faced with a completely different cuisine, which is not based only on the quality and freshness of the catch, but on a Michelin-starred technique...

I am writing with reference to the new life of the well-known Turin restaurant, Capriccioli, which from 10 October presents itself in the new guise of the Maison Capriccioli.
In a word, very good!
A proposal of only fish, with excellent ingredients and treated in an excellent way.
The card offers:
two menus, the possibility of choosing between starters, first and second courses, side dishes (now rare in Turin restaurants of this level) and, last but not least, the choice of caviar (which can be found almost nowhere in TO).
The welcome is very kind.
The staff is very nice, attentive and eager to do the best for the customer. A team of very smart young people.
Our dinner was a succession of comments and surprises with some truly original flavors.
All very good, including pre-desserts, desserts and small pastries.

abbiamo pranzato in questo locale con the fork e lo sconto del 50%, prezzi scontati in linea con quanto offerto. A prezzo pirno sarebbe stati decisamente cari. Piatti curati ma niente di veramente eccezionale. Il servizio molto buono si sposa con il locale arredato con gusto.
Non scontate le bibite. Un litro di acqua 5 euro un po' eccessivo, così come eccessivo il coperto da 5 euro
