Best seafood restaurant in Turin in my opinion, prepare to be transported to a top-level gastronomic experience in the expert hands of chef Andrea Turchi who with his knowledge knows how to transform the raw material in a natural and direct way with distinct and decisive flavors. From the welcome to the coffee I was pampered by the Maitre and sommelier Miriana who with her stories and her passion for wine completes and accompanies these excellent dishes. The atmosphere that you perceive is that of being transported to a small Parisian restaurant full of charm that reveals calm and delicacy. Definitely a must go…

Abbiamo prenotato questo ristorante sulla base di quanto letto e sentito e il fatto che il pesce fosse protagonista è stato uno stimolo in più. Poi casualmente abbiamo conosciuto lo chef ad un altro evento e la prospettiva della visita si è fatta ancora più interessante. Il locale è sobrio ed elegante, con tavoli ampi e ben distanziati, ed il personale, dall’accoglienza al servizio, si è rivelato molto preparato ed attento. Ma quello che ci ha colpito sin dall’inizio sono stati gli amuse bouche (pensare che si comincia con un’acqua pazza da urlo!), i grissini, il pane, l’olio di Pinerolo (uno dei più buoni mai assaggiati!), tutto eccezionale, poi è iniziato il nostro percorso “MENU’ DELLA MAISON”…. Piatti incredibili per gusto, equilibrio, potenza, tecnica e naturalmente per le materie prime eccellenti. Piatti per cui vale il viaggio, sono stati sicuramente “Gnocchi ripieni, canocchie e garum” e “Rossini di rombo”, quest’ultimo uno dei secondi di pesce migliori di sempre; ma ogni preparazione ci ha lasciato stupiti e con la voglia di riassaggiarla, per non parlare delle “scarpette”, si perché le salse sono ciò che fa fare un salto all’insù a questa eccellente cucina. A nostro parere, riuscire ad esaltare a questo livello piatti di pesce, materia prima così delicata e facilmente “alterabile”, non è molto comune e questo chef ha dimostrato di avere veramente un grande talento. Una delle cene più belle degli ultimi mesi che fa diventare questo ristorante uno dei preferiti. Bravi!

Art is a personal concept, where mind and body united in a single thought, create the uniqueness of perfection. Precisely in this place, I found that perfection, that magic, where the emotion of tastes marries perfectly with the poetry of the senses. The restaurant is well looked after down to the smallest detail, the welcome and management of the room by the staff was impeccable. The explanation of the courses followed by kindness and smiles made the evening unforgettable. The dishes were, one after the other, characterized by the perfect combination that unites the quality of the products, meticulousness in the plating and the most important thing, the passion and creativity of the chef, with whom, at the end of the evening, I had the pleasure of complimenting in person, noting the beauty and emotion of those who truly love their work. I recommend it 100%, a unique experience that I will not fail to relive. #strawhat

Absolutely recommended! I was in this restaurant recently, and I found an elegant but informal environment, it amazed me. The dishes we tried were excellent! Both my partner and I hadn't eaten such good fish dishes in Turin in a long time. We will be back!

Atmosfera soft ed accogliente. Impeccabile la qualità delle materie prime, lo chef è giovane ed ha talento. Apprezzabile la sua presentazione ai tavoli. Personalmente non ho gradito il burro in troppi piatti…altro difetto il primo è arrivato tiepido, quasi freddo. Prezzo elevato, quindi sbagliare nn è lecito

I went over the weekend to try the cuisine and I was really impressed, the service was very satisfactory, the dining room staff was welcoming and warm. Special mention for the chocolate caviar, excellent way to end the evening, highly recommended!

13/06/2025: Restaurant: Dal Ponte – Villanova Canavese An evening that tastes of the sea, in the silent heart of the Canavese Valleys. The restaurant is small, but welcoming like a house of happy memories. Tablecloths that remind us of the sea, waves drawn with grace, and an atmosphere that whispers “slow down, here you can savor”. Our journey begins with a Plateau Royal: a triumph of the sea in celebration, fleshy oysters that taste of wind and depth, sea lemons as bright as rare pearls, scallops that melt like whispers, red shrimp with an intense and proud flavor, salmon and tuna tartare, raw delicacies that caress the palate like liquid poetry. Then, like an unexpected twist, the prawns with gorgonzola arrive – a bold, creamy, inebriating harmony: an embrace between sea and land, that remains in the memory like a well-written song. The heart of the dinner is a sea bass with a sincere flavor, cooked to perfection, soft and fragrant, placed on a crunchy potato crust, which envelops the dish in a warm caress. And finally, the dessert: a chocolate sphere that opens like a secret, revealing softness and intensity, and a Salento cream pasticciotto – not too sweet, just the right amount: an authentic cuddle, between tradition and lightness. To accompany it all, a bottle recommended by the splendid Mrs. Miriam: a Sicilian Kikè, fragrant, enveloping, that danced with the dishes as if it already knew everything. High quality, more than honest price - a rare combination, that makes the heart smile. The staff is kind, authentic, present. And Mrs. Miriam, with grace and intelligence, was a precious compass among the flavors. And then there is Mr. Pino - chef, owner, discreet and true soul of this place. His cuisine speaks for itself: it tells of attention, experience, respect for the raw material and a sincere desire to make those who sit at the table feel good. In short, a beautiful discovery. A place from which you leave full... also of beauty. We will return. With pleasure, and with appetite.
