Esperienza sublime, ogni piatto ci ha stupito, una poesia per il palato.
Specialità di pesce come materia prima ma elaborato, quello che forse a Torino mancava .
Appena entrati, siamo stati accolti da un personale cordiale, giovane e professionale, che ci ha subito fatto sentire a nostro agio. Il menù offre una vasta selezione di piatti, tutti preparati con ingredienti freschissimi e di alta qualità. Abbiamo iniziato con il benvenuto della casa, che già anticipava le delizie che avremmo continuato a degustare. Antipasto ostrica spinaci e beurre blanc che mi ha lasciato senza parole da quanto fosse delizioso, a seguire cocktail di gamberi, polipetti alla Luciana. primo spaghettone con i ricci di mare, secondo calamaro zucca e alloro, la freschezza del pesce era palpabile e il sapore delicato ci ha subito conquistati.
Per chiudere in bellezza, abbiamo scelto il cioccolato e caviale, non potevamo chiedere dessert migliore per concludere quella che già era un percorso squisito.
Complimenti allo chef Andrea Turchi, giovanissimo, la sua determinazione e la passione per ciò che fa lo porteranno lontano.
Grazie anche al personale di sala, anche loro giovani, professionali, sorridenti ed estremamente efficenti.
Ci torneremo molto presto.

Absolutely recommended!
I was in this restaurant recently, and I found an elegant but informal environment, it amazed me.
The dishes we tried were excellent!
Both my partner and I hadn't eaten such good fish dishes in Turin in a long time.

Atmosfera soft ed accogliente. Impeccabile la qualità delle materie prime, lo chef è giovane ed ha talento. Apprezzabile la sua presentazione ai tavoli. Personalmente non ho gradito il burro in troppi piatti…altro difetto il primo è arrivato tiepido, quasi freddo. Prezzo elevato, quindi sbagliare nn è lecito

I went over the weekend to try the cuisine and I was really impressed, the service was very satisfactory, the dining room staff was welcoming and warm. Special mention for the chocolate caviar, excellent way to end the evening, highly recommended!

Attracted by the articles, I decide to try the cuisine of chef Turchi e Mandura. What can I say!? Everything was fantastic, the cuttlefish absolute upset my palate. The new course of the restaurant promises well! In the room the guys were attentive, professional and ready to make the joke at the right time, nothing too formal. Highly recommended

On a rainy Wednesday evening in March, we decided to try this new opening in Turin.
We left Milan with the intention of spending a pleasant evening in a city that is unforgettable for us.
Arriving at Maison Capriccioli, we were welcomed in the best possible way, pampered by the service and cuisine from the first to the last bite.

If you want to be able to close your eyes and feel an explosion of flavors in your mouth, this is the right place: every dish made me dream. If you like fish, come in and trust me, the experience is truly worth it. You will find passion for cooking, friendliness and excellent food waiting for you :)
Very important info: the place changed management in September 2024, so if you had been there before that date... you have to go back!
I have been following this chef for so many years that it doesn't seem real to me that I can leave a comment on a restaurant that is finally just his! I am proud that so much passion and commitment have been rewarded.
And if you speak French and go to Turin, return to the rest and trust the chef, I advise you to stay !!!

We ate well, but they forced us to all choose the same menu. The pouring of water at the table costs €5 more than the cost of the bottle, finally the photos of the environment on the site do not reflect what you find in the restaurant
