Such a great restaurant in Italy! The atmosphere is super nice, and the staff is really friendly. If you love good pizza, this is the place—they make them in a pizza oven, and they’re just amazing! But it’s not just the pizza, everything is delicious. Honestly, I 100% recommend it. I don’t usually give recommendations, but this one? You can go with your eyes closed!

Waiting to return to Brunate. At the Bistrot a commendation for the kindness and quality, always excellent. DESPITE the hordes of tourists literally "vomited out" of the beautiful funicular, it is always a pleasure to visit the Bistro.
Brunate is unfortunately losing its magic, due to mass tourism. It would be a good idea to think about including a contingent for both the funicular and private vehicles. Priority to permanent or holiday residents.
A wish to the Bistrot to maintain the beautiful atmosphere.

The place is gorgeous with a lake view, the food is good (we took pizzas). Too bad about the €2.5 cover charge each even though we were outside the venue... Rude waitress, even though I paid the cover charge, she didn't want to open the umbrella even though I had the sun on my face.

Around the lake you will find countless restaurants where you can try local specialties, but if you want a place with breathtaking views, be sure to visit Capolinea Bristrot! It is located next to the upper station of the funicular and offers a rich menu, with fast service and a good price on a beautiful terrace with an incredible panoramic view.
The pizzocheri alla valtellinese and the wild boar stew with polenta are highly recommended, a 10!

We ate on January 1st in this very welcoming and warm place, we felt really good. A beautiful, very Christmassy atmosphere. Attentive service with very friendly staff. Excellent dishes, I personally ate ossubucho with polenta, very good, the pizza (pinsa) was also excellent, fair prices. Definitely coming back. Thank you all.

Beautiful experience! Four of us showed up to have a snack / aperitif and we were welcomed and served with professionalism and courtesy in a truly welcoming place. The waitresses were very kind and helpful (in particular, we were served by Carol and Alessandra). Everything was excellent, from the drinks to the platter of cold cuts and cheeses.
We will undoubtedly return for lunch or dinner, from the menu the dishes look delicious.

Alrededor del lago encontraréis un sinfín de restaurantes en los que probar las especialidades locales, pero si queréis un lugar con unas vistas de infarto, ¡no dejéis de acercaros a Capolinea Bristrot! Se encuentra junto a la estación superior del funicular y ofrece una carta rica, con un servicio rápido y a buen precio en una preciosa terraza con una panorámica increíble.
Superrecomendable los pizzocheri alla valtellinese y el guiso de jabalí con polenta, ¡un 10!
