We took 3 pizzas for two (yes we are very greedy) All three were delicious. We did not speak Italian (French) but the service lady and the cook did everything they could to understand us. Their kindness is matched only by the taste of their pizzas to die for! Even three wasn’t enough 😂 We had time to take them away and return to our sailboat while they were still warm! Thank you again for your welcome and for your cooking. We enjoyed ourselves

He is simply the best! He used to be in Castello and now he is in Campese! You have to try Sfilatino. He bakes the pizzas and his wife has everything under control! 👍 and if necessary it even charges electric cars!

Truly delicious pizzas, but the real delicacy is the loaf of bread, I recommend it..fast service and friendly staff, we had a lovely evening. Try it to believe it.

lo sfilatino, consigliatissimo.. Buonissimo. accompagnato da bella musica e un atmosfera allegra. Ci siamo ritornati invogliati dai piatti che vedevamo passare nei tavoli vicini. Personale accogliente, Preso pesce locale di cui ancora sento il sapore. Da provare.... Ritorneremo.

28/12/2024: Stop for a quick lunch, we only ordered 2 first courses. Good and quality. Service a little slow....we waited quite a long time considering that the place was practically empty. Maybe outside they were busy with aperitifs but in the internal room there were 2 tables.
14/12/2024: Il Frantoio is a historic venue in Capalbio, a meeting point for an aperitif, cultural activities, also a bookshop and ecological boutique. The environment is pleasant and the atmosphere friendly. Then there is the restaurant: elegant, original and with a beautiful fireplace in winter and a beautiful terrace in summer. The food is very good and there is a good wine list. Prices a little high but worth it.

20/02/2025: Hands down one of our favorite places to enjoy local cuisine in the area. DO NOT MISS the crostini. I dream about it between every trip. Perfectly balanced Giardiniera as well. Tagliata di Manzo and Cinta & Asparagini are new favorites as of our latest adventure here! Thank you for always treating us so kindly and truly satisfying our appetites again and again!
14/01/2025: It's a small but well-kept place. Trained and kind staff. Excellent quality of food and wine.
