Canton Divino In Avigliana

I went to dinner for the first time with a friend this week. Nice and elegant place, kind and attentive service, perhaps a little slow. Dinner with the 36 euro inn menu: choice of three starters, two first courses, two second courses and various very special desserts. Medium-large portions. We had a good time and definitely need to return!

The staff, always kind and friendly, is available to satisfy every request with a smile, making the service impeccable and attentive, but never intrusive. It is rare to find such a well-coordinated and professional team, capable of creating a pleasant and relaxed atmosphere. The Canton Divino menu is a real pleasure for the palate. The kitchen offers a selection of dishes that expertly combines Piedmontese tradition with a touch of modernity, thanks to the creativity of the chef who manages to surprise even the most demanding palates. It is never banal: each dish has a perfect balance of flavors and extremely fresh ingredients, always top quality. From the first course to the dessert, each course is a discovery and manages to amaze with innovative combinations and presentations with attention to the smallest details. One of the strong points of the Canton Divino is certainly the wine cellar, which offers a refined and careful selection. Every time I can choose from a variety of excellent labels, which the staff is always ready to recommend and match based on the dishes chosen. There is great competence and passion in the choice of wines, with proposals ranging from local to national labels, and the possibility of always discovering new flavours. The wine accompanies each course, enhancing its taste, creating a complete culinary experience. The menu is updated regularly, a sign of the constant commitment to innovation and creativity. It is never monotonous: the new proposals always manage to win over with unique combinations and seasonal ingredients, adapted to best express the flavors and characteristics of each period of the year. This continuous evolution of the menu makes each visit unique and memorable, with the possibility of discovering new dishes that reveal the passion and skill of the chef. Very good atmosphere in the center of town. Good cuisine. Excellent service. We went for a birthday and we had a great time. Delicious wines.

Great great food and service. Plin with roast sauce, sliced, everything perfect. Maybe I would add some fresher dishes, especially among the desserts, like a sorbet would have been perfect at the end! Thank you, we will gladly come back!

Riconfermo l’eccellenza per questo locale che ormai è diventato per noi un riferimento, tanto da consigliarlo a chiunque mi chieda dove mangiare piatti squisiti in un locale tranquillo. Alessio e Stefano con la loro grande professionalità e cortesia sono sempre una certezza.

Una ottima occasione per poi fare due passi nel meraviglioso centro storico ..... e non sempre solo ai laghi. Il locale è molto bello a lato della Chiesa San Giovanni. C'è anche un piccolo dehor. Cucina della tradizione, ben curata e presentata; sevizio giovanile e cordiale. Ptrezzi onesti. Altamente consigliato
