The service was impeccable, thanks to Federico, a very young, knowledgeable and passionate "meal companion," who guided me through the culinary experience, sharing interesting stories about the dishes and local products. The selection of dishes was excellent, and the Trentino wine Federico selected was the perfect accompaniment. What struck me most was the authenticity and passion of the people who run the restaurant, which is also evident in their social media reels. They truly are skilled at telling the story of life in our industry. In short, I can undoubtedly recommend Ristorante Canton di Vino in Avigliana for the quality of the food, the excellent service, and the unique sensory experience. I will definitely be back and recommend it to anyone who appreciates QUALITY and PASSION!

I would like to point out that I work with the guys on the Social communication side, and I can confirm that our working relationship continues and goes even further precisely because the place deserves it, the menu changes every few months always with delicious new things that respect tradition. The guys really work hard to improve every day, always constantly updating with lots of ideas and thoughts to offer an ever better service. Inside the place you can breathe an elegant air but seasoned with young and smart staff. I have been to dinner more than once, with the family, with the girlfriend, with friends, precisely because it is truly a top place, regardless of the working relationship. That's why if you read this review you can choose to ignore it and think that it was made only because we work together, on the other hand I would say: try it and believe it!

The cuisine is typical Piedmontese, but revisited in a gourmet key, with dishes that surprise for their balance, creativity and respect for tradition. A perfect combination of innovation and roots, which is also reflected in the choice of wines, curated with love. Each bottle tells a story and is proposed with enthusiasm and expertise, involving the customer in a real wine journey. A great plus also for comfort: inside the temperature is perfect, ideal even for those who suffer from the heat, while outside, in the dehor immersed in the mountain landscape, you can enjoy a priceless natural freshness. Perfect for a romantic dinner or an evening with friends in the name of relaxation and good taste. Well, what can I say? Il Canton di Vino is a must-see for those who love good food, wine selected with passion and authentic atmospheres. I only tried the ravioli del plin, which I found delicious, and I also really liked the wine. The place is beautiful, quiet and well-kept and the waiters are very knowledgeable

Non posso che ribadire che, in questo locale, l’eccellenza e la professionalità procedono sempre costanti. I ragazzi Stefano e Alessio portano avanti questa attività con impegno e professionalità, in tutti questi anni abbiamo sempre riscontrato impegno e bontà in tutti i piatti proposti. Ho avuto riscontri entusiastici da tutte le persone che ho mandato da loro, una garanzia.

Un altro anniversario festeggiato all'insegna del buon cibo e del buon vino. Anche quest'anno è arrivata la coccola del titolare. Che dire? Grazie di cuore e a presto.

Locale che si affaccia sulla piazza del centro storico del paese. Caratteristico stile antico già all'ingresso, dove già si respira un'aria rilassante. Due sale per un totale apparentemente di circa una ventina di tavoli. Ambiente tranquillo, romantico, personale molto cortese e disponibile a consigliare e guidare nella scelta sia dei piatti che dei vini. Piatti della tradizione locale con possibilità di scegliere anche un paio di percorsi degustazione. Bello l'impiattamento, ottima la qualità del cibo. Una bella esperienza in un bel locale con personale cortese e preparato, che ti fa sentire a tuo agio. Consigliatissimo

Finalmente provato questo locale, adocchiato spesso in precedenza senza concretizzare. Piena conferma delle valutazioni trovate su The Fork. Personale giovane, entusiasta e preparato, piatti interessanti e di qualità, cantina da cui attingere in funzione dei propri gusti. Da ripetere sicuramente.
