Amazing. Tiny spot with very intimate and personal service. Instead of using the menu we ordered by showing photos of items from the web from reviews of the restaurant and they made them perfectly. The Tuna appetizer was outstanding and so was the Cappelletti. Great wine selected by our server.

Loved it! I had a pasta with crab, it was fantastic! The crab was imposing but it came partially shelled what made it easy to extract the white meat, that was fresh and sweet. There was just the right amount of sauce, infused with the seafood bisque, tomatoes and herbs, all in all a flavoursome and delicious meal!
My partner had a sliced beef and said it was excellent! We also had a scallop starter and a chestnut pudding, both very, very good. Add to it a cosy, homely atmosphere, good service that can provide a recommendation, and you know you're in good hands in this restaurant

They took us with no reservation and the service was wonderful. The ossobuco was absolutely delicious and the spinach was the best we’ve ever had. Truly an elevated version of sautéed spinach with garlic that we’d go back for more! I’d recommend ordering the fried octopus, and the tortelloni with bacon also. The downstairs ambiance was not the most decorated, but still a cool setting in the cellar.

In the heart of Florence, where art and gastronomy blend in perfect harmony, the Cantinetta delle Terme offers its guests an unforgettable sensory journey. This fish restaurant is an oasis of refined flavours, where the cuisine is prepared with attention and skill, and each dish is a true work of art.
The staff, welcoming and courteous, contribute to making the atmosphere even more special, making every guest feel pampered and welcome. The menu is a celebration of the sea, with dishes that highlight fresh ingredients and surprising combinations.
Among the most memorable creations, the tagliatelle with raw prawn and truffle stand out, a delicate and irresistible combination of flavours. Pistachio crusted tuna conquers with its crunchiness and enveloping taste. And the mixed starter is a real journey through the flavors of the sea, perfect for immersing yourself in the richness of fish cuisine.
To complete the culinary experience, a wide and refined selection of wines, capable of enhancing each dish with studied and surprising combinations. The owner, with his experience and passion for the world of wine, guides guests in making the perfect choice, expertly and sensitively recommending the labels that best match the flavors of the sea.
In Florence there are two springs: the one painted by Botticelli and the one that blooms at the Cantinetta delle Terme, where every dish is a tribute to beauty and taste. An experience that remains in the heart and invites you to return, to be enchanted once again.
PS: I didn't have time to take photos of the dishes... the temptation to taste them was too strong! But I assure you that the scenic presence of each course is worthy of Florentine art, a pleasure for the eyes and the palate.
