You can eat excellent fish in Florence too! Place in the heart of the city, intimate, welcoming and well looked after. We were welcomed by Giuseppe, an excellent host, hospitable and friendly who was able to guide us in choosing the dishes and wine (all very inviting!) We started with a glass of Sauvignon and a mix of starters: the fried baby octopus with braised onions and the cod meatballs were sublime! Followed by paccheri with pistachio pesto, dried tomatoes and amberjack and sliced ​​tuna in a pistachio crust: two masterpieces! The fish was fresh and of excellent quality, each bite was a wave of delicate and well-balanced aromas and flavours, the original and elegant plating gave added value to the dishes. Also noteworthy are the two cheesecakes with which we concluded the dinner. Unfortunately, the photos do not do justice to an experience that exceeded all our expectations. Well worth seeking out. We booked a table for two off the back of reading the reviews, so it's only fair that I add to the reviews of Cantinetta delle Terme. This is quite a small restaurant, so I would suggest booking. I think a restaurant that has people waiting outside patiently for a table speaks volumes of the quality of the restaurant. From the start the service was excellent. Lovely approach to their guests. The menu has something for all tastes. We had a mid-range bottle of red, beautifully presented by one of the waiters who clearly knew how to treat a bottle of wine. The food was presented very well and full flavoured. There was no rush between courses but at the same time we were not waiting, the balance was just right. I commend you all at Cantinetta delle Terme for your beautiful restaurant. Thank you.

We were recommended pasta with raw shrimp and truffle. After several days in Rome, Venice, and Florence (where we eat a lot of pasta), I have to say it's without a doubt the best pasta I've ever eaten. For flavor, texture, innovation, and presentation, it deserves a 10. We arrived before our reservation time, and Giuseppe was kind enough to bring us two glasses of wine while we waited—details that make all the difference with the friendly and approachable service. A cozy place with excellent value for money. Without a doubt, the best restaurant we've been to in Italy!

A pearl of good cuisine in the historic center of Florence not far from Ponte Vecchio.....bringing very high quality fish with excellent presentation. Kind staff and fast service. Really well done to all the staff.

A few months ago I was here with my boyfriend. The place was recommended to me by a friend of mine who lived there for several years. The location is very particular and suggestive, the cuisine is very refined and really good. The atmosphere is very intimate. I highly recommend it.

A great discovery in this quality restaurant: a cozy atmosphere while still being friendly. The 2 servers were very welcoming (with one of them speaking French very well 😊). Delicious cuisine, mostly based on fish/seafood, and beautifully presented plates. We will come back with pleasure if we return to Florence one day.

We wanted a seafood restaurant and we chose here. We had three excellent courses and a bottle of wine for €125. The best meal we’ve had so far in Florence and excellent service-you won’t be disappointed!

Cenamos aquí la semana pasada y disfrutamos mucho de la comida. El servicio es excelente y acogedor y la comida está bien preparada y de primera calidad. Ofrecen una buena relación calidad-precio. Siempre esperamos una comida de regreso. Las bolas de bacalao y el atún con costra son los favoritos.

Ho festeggiato il mio onomastico San Mauro con una Spigola di mare pescata all’amo. Devo dire che il mare e il cuoco hanno creato un bel piatto. Grazie
