I went on a holiday, December 8th, and had to wait a bit without a reservation. It was worth it, though: the food was excellent, with fresh, high-quality ingredients made by them. The place was welcoming, warm, and charming. The table service was very friendly and helpful. We had the Chianti tuna and the crostini with onions cooked in Vin Santo, a true delight. And then there's a wide selection of homemade desserts—help me say, they're delicious! I highly recommend it; maybe make a reservation.

One of my favorite places in Florence, if not the world. One of those old places that's filled with history and culture. I discovered it 30+ years ago, on my first trip to Florence and it hasn't changed a bit since then. I hope it never does. We go there every morning for breakfast; cappuccino, fresh-squeezed orange juice, and a "pizzette", fresh from the oven. Love this place.

Since I discovered it, it's become my favorite place. The rice pudding is delicious with a macchiato, a crazy combo. The atmosphere is exquisite and the staff is incredibly friendly.

I had bread and a glass of Gran Selazione Sassello 2020. I loved the temperature of the wine and the glass it was served in. The server had a great attitude and explained everything well.

A delightful place. In the heart of Florence, it stands out for its friendly staff and authentic ingredients. You'll find beautifully executed Tuscan dishes and stuffed focaccias baked right in their own oven. The desserts are in a class of their own. Delicious and a feast for the eyes. Topping it all off, the staff is extremely attentive and knowledgeable about their every need. Special mention goes to the wines and coffee, which are truly excellent. If you're looking for a cozy, secluded spot, I highly recommend it. Be careful with the opening hours; lunchtime is often crowded, so you may have to wait a bit for a seat.

I had lunch with my daughter at this restaurant, both for its food and atmosphere! The cecina was fantastic, and the gluten-free options were also very tasty. Making everything even more enjoyable was Sara's friendliness and kindness, who advised and looked after us with great professionalism. See you next time!

The place is elegant, a place from another era, the staff is very courteous, the food is very good, from the focaccia to the dessert to the coffee, everything is very good, an excellent stop for a quick lunch, I will definitely be back.
