Cantine Torre Ferano Osteria In Vico equense

I've been to this place for lunch three times. The first time was amazing. The second time there were some shortcomings, but I wanted to give it a third chance, and today we went for lunch. Unfortunately, the fixed menu offered poor-quality wine, and the staff was very uninformed and rude. I was in the dining room as soon as the blonde lady walked in, she was really rude and in a bad mood. The only thing is, the owner really puts in the effort and manages to make good dishes, although this time it wasn't enough because we waited 1:40 minutes for a first course; an 8-year-old child waiting that long is unacceptable. Then, for the second course, an overcooked, almost burnt cutlet arrived, and the sausages were almost raw—unacceptable. Not to mention the dirty, wet bathroom without anyone there, who had been cleaning up all afternoon.

Osteria Torre Ferano is a little hidden gem: a little difficult to get to, but absolutely worth it! The view is stunning and contributes to a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere. The staff is extremely kind and attentive, always smiling. The food is excellent, prepared with quality ingredients and great care. A family atmosphere where you immediately feel at home. Highly recommended!

A truly enchanting place for the view it offers. Fixed menu for €45 on Sundays. Various appetizers, then a choice of first course and second course, finishing with dessert. I must say I ate well. We had a problem with a cut of meat. The owner apologized and immediately offered another dish. The atmosphere is not suitable for infants, but everything else is surpassable. Friendly staff. We'll definitely return to take some photos of the dishes.

I'd known about the place for a while and had high expectations, but the only thing I liked were the meatballs in tomato sauce I got for my 2-year-old son. The quality was average and the prices were decidedly high for what they offer. I wouldn't recommend it and wouldn't go back.

Yesterday we went to this wonderful Osteria, a very charming and rustic place, with attention to detail and a breathtaking view. We tried a delicious assortment of appetizers and four first courses, each one better than the last. The ziti alla genovese was special, but my favorite was the fusilli with braciola and ricotta. The only shame was the very kind but very slow staff in the dining room. We asked for the menu three times because we wanted to order main courses as well, but after 20 minutes we didn't receive it, so we left. A truly excellent place; nothing to complain about the food; in fact, many compliments to the chef. Despite the minor inconvenience, I would return 100 more times; the wait is worth it!
