Cantine Risso In Torino

I chose Cantine Risso on the recommendation of friends for my birthday celebration. The menu was typical Piedmontese. The staff was friendly, attentive, and helpful. The service was impeccable.

Excellent food and wine, courtesy and attention in the service in a welcoming and quiet environment

We discovered the place by chance, driving past, and saw some smiling people outside, which was a great sign 😅 When we arrived at the apartment, we tried to book and luckily there was availability. A wide selection of wines and bubbles by the glass; we had tartare, plin pasta with roast beef and tomato sauce, braised beef with polenta, and a couple of desserts. We were truly satisfied with the quality of the dishes; even our two children enjoyed everything. The dining room was very charming, the waiters were always available to answer any questions or concerns, and were extremely kind. The atmosphere was spotless. Two glasses of Barolo and a bubble. In the photo, braised beef with polenta, amazing. The price was reasonable for what we ate. Highly recommended.

As always, a great time with good food and good wine. They never disappoint! Well done!

I dined at Cantine Risso on the evening of the 24th with friends, but it wasn't the first time. Even though there were nine of us, the service was impeccable and fast. They were very professional and courteous, as well as patient with our loud chatter. Excellent food and a welcoming atmosphere. From the 1980s Piola to today's elegant restaurant, the experience is always interesting.

Wonderful little cantine! Great atmosphere. Super friendly staff. This time we visited with a larger group and it just feels really nice to be here. Wine selection is amazing with great value! And never miss the desert!! The zabaglione was excellent. I had tarte tatin a few times and it always hits the spot. This is one of our favorite casual dining places in Torino.

A historic restaurant in Turin where you can find traditional Piedmontese cuisine. Excellent ingredients, noteworthy veal with tuna sauce, as is the tongue with green sauce. Very friendly staff, charming venue. Good wine selection. A pleasant and warm place to return to!
