I've been to this restaurant several times and it's always a guarantee! Last night in particular, I took my aunt, who is a hard-to-please customer, but she was extremely satisfied. The waiters were incredibly patient and helpful! I often choose it when I need someone to try Piedmontese cuisine, but I also want to be able to eat well, as being vegan often makes me struggle at this type of restaurant. I always find excellent vegan options here, never disappointing, so I manage to please both myself and those I bring!
Highly recommended.
P.S. If you go soon, don't miss the Jerusalem artichoke and Barbera risotto, it's a dream!

We stopped by by chance on Saturday, for lunch and then dinner.
A typical Turin Piola, with a pleasant atmosphere and friendly, helpful staff.
Excellent food and a remarkable wine selection.

I had made a reservation without specifying that it was for the bagna cauda event, so when I arrived and realized I could only have it by reservation, I was a little disappointed. But the waiter who served me kindly told me he'd ask the chef if I could also have bagna cauda for dinner... and so it was... I was so happy I ate it... spectacular, and so were the vegetables that accompanied the dish.
BAGNA CAUDA SPECIAL!
The staff was truly professional, courteous, and discreet.
The atmosphere was rustic yet elegant.
