Ottima cena alla Cantina Vasari! I pici cacio e pepe erano davvero saporiti e la tagliata con rucola e grana tenerissima e ben cucinata. Abbiamo scelto un vino Panteo di Moscardini, un rosso che ha accompagnato perfettamente tutto il pasto. Servizio impeccabile, lo staff è stato gentile e attento. Una bellissima serata, torneremo sicuramente. Claudio e Chiaranna di Bari!

Abbiamo prenotato con anticipo, cena su due turni. Piatti eccellente, saporiti, abbondanti ma soprattutto autentici. Vera cucina toscana e personale simpatico.

04/05/2025: Giornata speciale in famiglia, ambiente con calore familiare, pietanze più che speciali, sono stati cosi gentili da trovate un ottima soluzione per mia moglie che è allergica al betacarotene, mio figlio ha apprezzato molto la vostra pasta fatta in casa! 04/05/2025: A pleasant discovery. They've been talking to me about it for some time but until my brother-in-law's fiftieth birthday I never had the opportunity to visit him. The location is rustic and welcoming, with a beautiful garden which I imagine makes dinners magical in the summer. I had lunch with them on Saturday 26 April, since it was a party I can't tell you how much we paid but I'm posting the menu which, considering 2 courses, can be around €40... well spent. The dishes offered wink at traditional cuisine but with pleasant variations. You can perceive the work of experimentation with natural products and the care taken in sourcing raw materials. The cold cuts brought as an appetizer that we shared among everyone were very excellent and tasty. My choices were oriented towards an appetizer that I have no hesitation in defining as spectacular for its simplicity and taste: egg cooked at low temperature in a nest of agretti and potato cream. For the second course I chose the first course: homemade pasta with lemon balm pesto, almonds and parmesan. Pasta cooked very well and whose consistency I think was homemade (unfortunately I didn't ask, if not, it's still high quality pasta) with a delicate and fresh sauce. Very recommended both for those who visit the Certosa di Calci (a jewel) or the attached museum and for those who decide to have a lunch or dinner in a quiet, serene place and want to eat well.
