It's like entering a stube... All in decorated wood. Waitresses dressed in theme, open kitchen. All the food was excellent and smelled delicious. Book in advance!

I had many expectations about this restaurant which I had been told very well about, but they were not met. Unfortunately the food wasn't the best and I'm referring to the quality of the meat. Nothing to say about the service and kindness of the staff, extremely friendly and precise. The interior design fully reflects the Tyrolean style, it feels like being in a cabin in the center of Rome.

A Tyrolean hut in the heart of Rome. Interesting spot, definitely rare in its kind. The atmosphere is evocative, and the food is traditional, although the broad menu somewhat reveals their 'touristic' inclination. I had their charcuterie boards as a starter, both the game and the mixed one. Nothing too special, I would say average. The pork shank comes on a wooden plate that makes a scene, but honestly, I would have preferred a normal plate for both hygiene and convenience. Well cooked, but the flavor was nothing special. It seems to me that the kitchen knows the technique well, but the raw materials were not extraordinary. The potatoes with speck were great, the sauerkraut either. Thumbs down for the apple compote with its unpleasant, unbalanced flavor. In the end, with various beers and some digestives, my friends and I paid just a bit over €30 each. Fair. Also, the service was very polite; the waitress put up with us all evening without ever getting upset! All in all, I would give 3.5 if it was possible, and I recommend it just to those who want to feel like they're inside a mountain hut, just a stone's throw from St. Peter's.

Tyrolean environment where wood reigns supreme. Even the smell, as soon as you enter, transports you to a real Tyrolean cellar, perhaps a little too much. Room on two floors. The appetizer and the cold cuts platter are rich, some good, some less so. Cheese fondue good with bread. I would prefer the meat to be cooked in boiling oil to a higher standard, so many sauces to try. The dumpling in the broth is good. The shin (if you want to try it, just take this one) because it is rich in knowledge and very large. I don't recommend the classic dish. The sweets are so-so. The bitterness in the very particular bottle. Good service. small toilet. Parking difficult to find

The food is good, the environment and the staff are very welcoming! Perfect both for an intimate dinner and for a table with friends, special menu for all tastes!!!! You won't be disappointed!!!

We returned to celebrate my son's 21st birthday. We love Trentino for its snow, so in Rome at the Tyrolean cellar we find the same flavors. Abundant and delicious dishes. Fair price

Un pò deludente sia il ristorante che il cibo. Il ristorante è si arredato in stile ma si sente troppo l'odore della cucina e l'areazione è insufficiente visto che i tavoli sono in un seminterrato. i piatti di tipico hanno il nome ma la qualità scarseggia, il servizio è abbastanza buono e cortese. il conto non adeguato in rapporto alla qualità, troppo caro. mi dispiace ma mi aspettavo molto di più.

È bello entrare in questo locale, sopratutto di inverno, con le sedute tipiche le vetrate decorate, veramente un bel posto. Abbiamo cominciato con i bretzel, ottimi, e con le patatine che però sembravano fritte in un olio usato troppe volte. Poi i canedrli in brodo (un canederlo gigante) che sono stati la delusione più grossa (anche comprati in un supermarket di Roma sono più buoni). Strudel così così, con la panna che lo accompagnava che sembrava quella della bomboletta. Servizio rapido e prezzo corretto. Voglio comunque tornarci e provare il gulasch che sembra sia il piatto forte.
