Cantina Simonetti In Frascati

Beautiful winery/restaurant with outdoor seating in the square outside. Delicious food. I had fresh tagliatelle with fantastic porcini mushrooms. The only downside is that the kitchen was a bit slow, and we had to wait a long time. But for dishes this well-made, we were happy to wait.

I had a truly wonderful time today. The cast members were fantastic, the staff were incredibly friendly, kind, and knowledgeable. The food was exceptional, and the venue was beautiful and well-kept. You really felt at home. Super Excellent

I'd recommend this place to anyone who asked me for advice on a good place to stay in Frascati. Outdoor seating in a lovely location, very welcoming staff, and quick service. The food was very good, though the tripe was a bit bland.

We visited Cantina Simonetti in Frascati and were truly satisfied! The atmosphere is typical of a fraschette, welcoming and authentic, with fast and friendly service. The menu offers all the classic Roman cuisine: simple, authentic, and flavorful. We ordered two cheese and cured meat platters, three first courses, a plate of bruschetta, a half-liter of house white wine, two bottles of water, four coffees, and two pans of pizza bianca: everything was truly excellent, with generous portions and fresh ingredients. During this period, service is offered outdoors, with tables in the square, well-organized and private, enhanced by the excellent lighting typical of these places, which makes the atmosphere even more pleasant and characteristic. The house white wine is perfect to accompany the dishes, light but tasty. The value for money is also excellent: we spent a total of €104 for four people and left more than satisfied. If you're looking for a place in Frascati where you can savor the authentic flavors of Roman tradition in a convivial and charming atmosphere, Cantina Simonetti is highly recommended.

Very nice place, typical of Frascati. Excellent service, very friendly waiters. Try the traditional Roman dishes.

Like many other restaurants in the area, only the name of the cellar remains. That too should be updated because the setting is truly that of a restaurant. Moreover, it's a good restaurant with excellent food, fast service, and reasonable prices. If I had to make a comment, the gricia had a creamy sauce that shouldn't have been there and a different type of pasta than the spaghetti listed on the menu.

The amatriciana-style spaghettoni were good, just a little salty, as was the sautéed chicory.

I had a delicious cacio e pepe. The atmosphere was lovely with the lights and the sunset.
