Eravamo alla ricerca del cous cous trapanese e le recensioni ci hanno portato qui. Devo dire che non siamo assolutamente rimasti delusi anzi ...la semola viene accociato a mano e il sugo di pesce era davvero gustoso ma allo stesso tempo delicato! Assolutamente da provare

We tasted a sea couscous which is the specialty of Trapani but we found that there was not enough fish and no shellfish. It was a bit disappointing, there was plenty of sauce.
Fortunately the wine was delicious. The ricotta donut with chocolate, served warm, was a pure marvel.
The service was impeccable and very friendly.

Excellent food, generous portions, honest prices and courtesy! Being a vegetarian I wasn't able to check out the rest of the dishes but I can say that the busiate with pesto, which I'm slowly trying almost everywhere, were among the best! The other diners really appreciated the fish-based dishes... And I believe it because I haven't smelled the "scent" of fried fish arriving at the table like this since I was a child.
I will continue to recommend this place to the guests of my small accommodation facility as I always have but with more conviction :D

Perfect experience, excellent cuisine. We had tomato bruschetta, aubergine parmigiana, busiate with Trapani pesto and busiate with aubergines and swordfish. Beautiful restaurant, furnished with dark brown heads and typical Sicilian objects. Thanks, we'll be back!

Nice and efficient staff for an excellent dinner in the center of Trapani. Characteristic place, divided into two rooms reminiscent of the grandparents' cellar, with typical local objects. Rich, abundant dishes, excellent both the variety and quality of the food. Must try: fish couscous (served with separate broth to be added to taste) and the "Misto di tonnara" appetizer obviously based on tuna, served raw, cooked, in the form of tuna roe on croutons, smoked and in another way... which escapes me now! I won't mention the bullshit... try them, it's really worth it! The total of the dinner, for a shared starter, a first course and a cous-cous was €52.00 - I would say very honest! I recommend booking.
